Lovely hotel clean and comfortable especially the beds 😊 and food was lovely we had something to eat when we arrived and the breakfast the next morning was even better very yummy 😉 me and my friend were here for one night as at a concert at open air theatre. Staff very friendly and helpful and I would defo stay here again next time I’m in Scarborough. I had a great view of the sea from my room aswell

I booked a 2 night stay in a budget single room. The room was a generous size for 'budget single' - single bed, desk, cupboard, TV, kettle, opening window and portable fan, smart TV, en suite toilet, sink, shower.
All of the staff were lovely, chatty and helpful.
I used the pool, steam room and jacuzzi.
I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends and I will definitely come back again!

The location was perfect.
The breakfast was poor.
Stayed here for 2 nights whilst in Scarborough to see a concert at the Open Air Theatre. The hotel was spotlessly clean & tidy & has a good sized car park, although you can also park on the adjacent streets for free. It’s ideally located for the Open Air Theatre, which is a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were all lovely, & if you order in advance, they’ll have sandwiches waiting for you when you get back from the concert. There’s a nice bar looking out to Peasholm Park & a swimming pool. Breakfast selection was good & your table is reserved, which was a nice touch. One minor quibble. Our bed wasn’t made up & room serviced after the first night. It didn’t bother me, but my wife, who used to work in hotels, felt it should have been. Would definitely stay again & recommend.
Location was excellent, atmosphere was great, rooms were clean and the views were great of the sea, great value for money, loved it all would go back again
Absolutely stunning hotel in a location that offers beautiful scenic views of Scarborough beach.. staff are all friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable..Food is excellent 👌 hotel has a lovely cosy homely feel I want to go again.
Loved it all You really can't fault this hotel it serves businesses for meetings. It's available for weddings and family lunches. They cater for people going to local concerts
Nice hotel situated next to Peasholme Park with on site parking and a nice spacious bar area. Friendly well presented staff. Would recommend.

The hotel is ideally situated for the Open Air Arena & sea front - hotel staff friendly & efficient. The rooms are dated but super clean & fresh! Would stay here again if attending the Open Air Arena .
A little old fashioned but sweet. Air conditioning would’ve been heaven but it’s not the hotel’s fault that we’re experiencing a heat wave like no other. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly accommodating. Perfect for SOAT and Mr Buble was excellent
