Comfortable bed.
A problem with the kettle which was sorted straight away.
Shower is very difficult to use. Once it is switched on it is very powerful but the clasp to hold it is old and so it swings around and is impossible to control, however I understand that only by actually using it would this be known.
Really easy check in and close to Keswick with free parking, clean and well furnished

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very clear instructions from the hosts. It was helpful having a mini fridge and kettle. Good shower!

The fridge was very small, not what I expected for self catering. The mattress was a little worn (essentially a dip in the centre), so I would recommend replacement, then the comfort would better match the decor and the price paid.
