Niepodrabiany klimat i rodzinna atmosfera bez nachalności
Pros:

Wyjątkowe miejsce. Pokoje sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Dostępne ręczniki na basen i klimatyzacja w pokojach. Dosłownie pod nosem plaża, sklepy i przystanek autobusowy. Osoby na recepcji niesamowicie pomoce we wszystkim - taksówki, wypożyczanie samochodu, podpowiadają rozwiązania. Przedłużenie doby bez problemu (za stosowną opłatą, ale naprawdę na wysokim poziomie, mimo konieczności zmiany pokoju). Udogodnienia dla dzieci, chociaż przy końcówce wyjazdu brakowało krzesłek w restauracji dla dzieci , ale domyślam się , że był to po prostu zbieg okoliczności. Piękne miejsce na śniadania, w restauracji odpowiednie
Ceny i pyszne jedzenie, nie ma nawet po co opuszczać hotelu. Personel cały - sprzątanie, restauracja, recepcja, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie i przemili. Byliśmy również na organizowanym wieczorze greckim. Ludzie bawili się świetnie, nie wytrzymaliśmy do końca z uwagi na roczne dziecko, ale dla reszty zabawa świetna, taniec wokół basenu top. Polecam jak ktoś chce naprawdę wypocząć w mniej turystycznym klimacie. Spokój, szum morza i klimat. Do tego pięknie zagospodarowany. Teren hotelu, roślinność.

Cons:

Pokoje rzeczywiście mają pewne wizualne mankamenty, ale wszystko działa bez zarzutów, więc nie wpływa to na jakość usługi.

Dejlig ferie et sted vi kommer tilbage til år efter år.
Pros:

Bekiggenhed i roligt område. Pæne bygninger og god have. Perfekt indrettet med lejligheder med fin afstand til pool og restaurant og dejlig plæne med sol og skygge og kort afstand til stranden.

Cons:

Køkkenfaciliteter i lejligheden er skrabede.

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. While it is away from the shops and restaurants (I recommend it for those renting a car), it feels more immersed in nature, with amazing, well-maintained exteriors and gardens. Relaxing in the garden next to the pool is great.

Cons:

The rooms need renovation. In my case, my room was only partially renovated (the bed area), but the kitchen area and the bathroom are pretty old. Some other rooms are even older, with old dark wooden furniture. The balcony window was really hard to open and close. Wifi is not good. The breakfast is really basic; there are few options to choose from. Only the bread was genuinely good, and the ham and cheese were visibly cheap. The staff working at the restaurant is slow, and the food is not great. If you have tasted real Greek, and especially Cretan, food, you will notice the difference; most of the food they serve is frozen (saganaki is basically cheap sliced cheese breaded and fried, dakos is the worst version of dakos I ever had, basically packed crackers with pizza tomato sauce on top). Only salads or toast are ok. One night we said we would order in a while, that we wanted just to have a glass of wine first, and when we asked if we could order, they said they could not take the order "as the kitchen was too busy" (why not take the order and just tell us that there would be some delay? It was very weird). My friend asked for an extra soap, and they didn't want to give it to her, while she was charged extra money for using the AC. She was charged extra money for moving to another room in order to be able to have a late check out (which was perfectly fine; that's not my complaint), but in the room they didn't even leave a bedsheet for her to use for a nap and a soap (there is something wrong with the soap here). They charge extra money for the umbrellas on the beach (yes, even to hotel guests) and for swimming pool towels. The director is pretty rude to both guests and employees. I would like to give a better review to the hotel, but the reality is what it is, cretan hospitality is eirther dead or is not to be find here.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff there. They really were the friendliest staff we've ever encountered on a holiday.
The beds were super comfy and the views were incredible with amazing sunsets.
Our room cleaner was so respectful and always knew when we were sill asleep so didn't disturb us and did a great job keeping it clean for us.
The gardens and pool area were always spotless with plenty of greenery and there was always enough sunbeds on the lovely grass area by the pool and sea to relax.
We loved that it was a smaller place as we felt like family, it really was a lovely atmosphere to be on Holiday with.
The food was really nice and plenty of options.
Their Crete night was super fun so book that if you can.
The area surrounding the hotel had a few shops so if you can't venture to the main town in the evening, these are close by.
Some advice for future travellers: the Greek law doesn't allow you to drink or eat food outside of the establishment (it's not them being awkward) but food is reasonably priced and freshly made.
The sea isn't always calm so don't go expecting to use the beach/ sea every day (my glasses are happily swimming in the sea somewhere there).
We'd happily come back and I don't think many people would be disappointed with booking Lito Beach.

Cons:

We knew what we were getting with the kitchenette but if I had to pick something I didn't like, it would be that but like I said we knew what we were getting so went prepared for what we could cook/ couldn't cook.
Future traveler tip: No tea towels/sponges are provided but plenty of supermarkets sell these nearby.

Location, bar staff were very accomodating

Cons:

1 person ruined it for our stay with there rudeness to our guests when they visited after spending a lot of money in the bar. Was not interested in solving a wifi problem in our room. Cleaners did not replace soaps etc we were there for 5 nights

Beautiful hotel, but poor Wi-Fi, unclear charges, and unwelcoming service affected our stay.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, and the location is convenient.

Cons:

1. Wi-Fi: As visitors, we relied on the internet for Google Maps, directions, and planning our daily trips. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in our apartment was extremely weak (usually only one or two bars) and very unstable. We reported the issue several times. We were initially told that "the internet is not for watching movies," even though we only needed it for basic browsing and navigation. The router in our apartment barely worked. We were later told it had been fixed, but the problem remained the same—it would work for 20 seconds and then disconnect for several minutes. After multiple reports, we were simply told that nothing could be done.
2. Traditional dance event: On our last evening, there was a traditional dance event. We were invited to sit and watch, but when I brought my own bottle of water, a waiter told me it was not allowed and that I had to buy drinks from the bar. We were leaving shortly anyway, so it wasn't a big issue. We also noticed a sign showing an entrance fee of €24 per adult and €12 per child. I was surprised, as I had assumed activities organized within the hotel for guests would be complimentary, or at least that the entrance fee would be made clear in advance.
3. Check-out experience: During check-out, the interaction felt less welcoming because we had not purchased meals or drinks from the hotel during our stay. In front of my wife, we were asked whether we had paid the local tax, even though this could have been easily verified in the booking system. It left us with the impression that guests were expected to spend additional money at the hotel rather than simply enjoy their stay.

Very charming place. Wonderful garden with green grass, flowers, and trees. A beautiful, uncrowded beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cocktails and smoothies, and tasty food. A great place to relax. We hope to return someday.
