Beautiful hotel, but poor Wi-Fi, unclear charges, and unwelcoming service affected our stay.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, and the location is convenient.

Cons:

1. Wi-Fi: As visitors, we relied on the internet for Google Maps, directions, and planning our daily trips. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in our apartment was extremely weak (usually only one or two bars) and very unstable. We reported the issue several times. We were initially told that "the internet is not for watching movies," even though we only needed it for basic browsing and navigation. The router in our apartment barely worked. We were later told it had been fixed, but the problem remained the same—it would work for 20 seconds and then disconnect for several minutes. After multiple reports, we were simply told that nothing could be done.
2. Traditional dance event: On our last evening, there was a traditional dance event. We were invited to sit and watch, but when I brought my own bottle of water, a waiter told me it was not allowed and that I had to buy drinks from the bar. We were leaving shortly anyway, so it wasn't a big issue. We also noticed a sign showing an entrance fee of €24 per adult and €12 per child. I was surprised, as I had assumed activities organized within the hotel for guests would be complimentary, or at least that the entrance fee would be made clear in advance.
3. Check-out experience: During check-out, the interaction felt less welcoming because we had not purchased meals or drinks from the hotel during our stay. In front of my wife, we were asked whether we had paid the local tax, even though this could have been easily verified in the booking system. It left us with the impression that guests were expected to spend additional money at the hotel rather than simply enjoy their stay.

Pros:

Very charming place. Wonderful garden with green grass, flowers, and trees. A beautiful, uncrowded beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cocktails and smoothies, and tasty food. A great place to relax. We hope to return someday.

Globalement bien, compte tenu du prix et de la catégorie de l'hôtel.
Pros:

Endroit tranquille, bien adapté à ceux qui cherchent un séjour hors du stress des hôtels de masse.
Jardin et piscine propres et soignés.
Le restaurant annexé à l'hôtel est excellent.

Cons:

Il faut noter qu'il s'agit d'un 3 étoiles, donc forcément on ne peut pas exiger des chambres et des services de première qualité.
Cette prémisse faite, nous avons logé dans une maisonnette vieillotte, doté d'air conditionné seulement à l'étage.
Le manque de clim au rez-de-chaussée est fastidieux.
Le petit-déjeuner est limité à la fois en choix et en qualité, mais ici aussi il ne faut pas oublier que c'est un 3 étoiles.
