Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews praise cleanliness: sheets, floors and shower noted as clean; overall very good housekeeping.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as amazing and respectful; front desk was proactive (called noisy guests multiple times) even if they couldn't fully resolve the disturbance.
Location
9.5
Consistently noted as central and convenient (markets, restaurants, shops), though the area is busy and parking is difficult.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed feedback: bed and pillows described as comfortable but one review specifically notes the mattress is worn and needs replacement.
Amenities
9.2
Key amenities (air conditioning, lighting, bathrooms, shower) work well and were praised; minor issues noted such as a movable safe-deposit box and parking limitations.
Value for Money
8
Generally acceptable value, but guests reported being charged a full day for an early arrival (around 5 AM) which lowered perceived value; parking adds inconvenience.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall positive experience driven by cleanliness, staff and location; significant disturbance from noisy neighbors and parking challenges tempered the stay, though some guests would return.
