Great little hotel, really nice staff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if I return to Venice.
Pros:

Great location, nice clean room with incredible view.

Cons:

The air con unit was bizarre. Seemed to be a touch screen from the early 2000s that didn’t work. The aircon was on, but, we had no control over it.
Only a relatively minor thing though.

Camera era curată, dar destul de mică. Se auzea zgomot de la vecini și din exterior, probabil din cauza pereților subțiri. Un minus este faptul că hotelul nu oferă mic dejun.

Cons:

Un minus a fost gresia rece din cameră. Ar fi fost util fie un covor, fie niște papuci de cameră pentru mai mult confort.

One of the best city hotels I have stayed jn
Pros:

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. It is situated only two water bus stops from the train station with a 10m walk to the door. Transfer to the airport is also to this stop. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean modern with excellent air conditioning. For its location just off the Grand Canal and on the street it was remarkably quiet. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, water taxi dropped us at the door.
Great location to go walking and exploring what Venice had to offer and was close to bars and restaurants.

A great little hotel, great location, clean and modern. A great find in Venice and excellent value for money.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station and a water stop just outside. The room was clean and modern, overlooking the canal - couldn’t fault it in any way.

Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and remained cool during a very hot day/night. The location is amazing and in my favourite part of Venice. Everything you need is just a stones throw away including an amazing bakery just seconds away. The property is just off a main thoroughfare but far enough away from crowds and noise. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable spot which is very convenient for the train station, amazing restaurants (al Timon) and easy access to the water bus.
