Great location and very clean
Pros:

Location on the Grand Canal was awesome. Close to restaurants and close enough to the train station.

Cons:

The sound carries through the doors and walls. I could hear other guests talking and the bed was a bit firm.

Need to be more customer friendly..
Pros:

Location is the only good and the best thing ..

Cons:

The staff and the rooms at the ground flood was so horrendous .. It’s 100% no value for money .. The lady at the front office promised to change the room and just speaks but does nothing from a customer friendly standpoint.,

Fantastic find, great location and larger than expected room.
Pros:

Fantastic location short walk from train station. Room exceeded our expectations as we expected small but got a large room with a kitchen area to one end, and an outside patio area. Really lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Cons:

Wish we were staying longer!

Lovely Leone in the canal
Pros:

Fantastic location, right on a canal with windows that opened up. Close enough to the train station to walk with luggage. Spacious room and good, walk in shower. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge.

Cons:

Only negative was the bed. Short, small and very hard.
