Disapointing
Pros:

Close to Zugspitz cable car

Cons:

We were expecting a lot from this hotel but it disappointed right from the start.
Unfriendly staff at the reception.
Noisy at night because you are basically in a large parking lot and camping.
Food has a low quality and is mostly unhealthy. Especially the kids focused foods.
Parts of the facilities are outdated
Electric car charger was out of order
Considering the price range there are much better options

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber , das Personal sehr sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Leider hat die Reinigungskraft jeden Morgen geklopft und gefragt ,ob sie kommen muss, da sie unterbesetzt sind und bei uns musste sie daher nicht kommen .Was aber eigentlich bei den Zimmerpreisen keine Frage sein sollte .
Ich komme aus der Pflege und da Frage ich auch meine Patienten nicht ,ob sie heute meine Dienste benötigen .

Leider war der Campingplatz neben dem Hotel integriert und meines Erachtens sind die Zimmer zu teuer ,um beim Essen neben Flipp.flopps zu sitzen . Es ist sehr laut und unruhig auf dem ganzen Gelände dadurch , da die Camper aller mit nutzen und keine Ruhezonen sichtbar waren . Der Spielplatz war dadurch leider unter unserem Zimmer und bis 23 Uhr (!!) mit Geschrei in Betrieb.
Alles nicht schlimm , aber bei den Zimmerpreisen möchte man auch das Ambiente demnach und kein Campingplatzfeeling.
Vielleicht auch Fehler von uns da wir das im Vorfeld herausfintern hätten müssen .
Wenn man früh zu Wanderungen starten möchte ist das etwas schade .
Für uns eher ein normales Wanderhotel beim nächsten Mal....für Kleinkinder sicherlich toll.

Pros:

Very nice property in a beautiful place. Family-focused with lots of amenities for children. The kind of place that you want to return to knowing you would not regret it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

We were surprised not to find any coffee in the room, despite having a kettle and tea. If coffee machine is not available, instant sachettes would be better than nothing.
There should be a bigger sign at the door of the indoor kids play area with age limits. Despite the information that it's designed for kids younger than 12, on several occasions we had to take our small kids away due to groups of definitely older teenagers playing dangerously with equipment that was not intended for big and heavy guys.

Pros:

Amazing family holiday resort! Would definitely recommend if you are traveling with kids. There are plenty of kid friendly activities to keep them busy and the pool area was a lot of fun with multiple water slides.

The location of the hotel is beautiful and serene. It’s great for day trips around the area, but there are also enough activities within the resort itself to keep the family entertained.

Staff were all accommodating and thoughtful! HUGE thank you for putting aside dinner for us as we ran into some trouble onto the way to the hotel and missed check in timing!

Cons:

Note that the rooms do not have AC and that drinks are not included with the dinner half board!
