En general muy agradable, la comida y la atencion por parte de todo el personal fue excelente!!!
Pros:

la comida excelente!!! probamos sandwiches, hambuersa, pizza y bandeja de fritos, todo muy al igual que las bebidas. El servicio de parte del personakl que nos tencio fue muy amable, desde la recepcion (William y Randy), pasando por la piscina y al final por los jóvenes (Alejandro y Robert) de las carpas en la playa.

Cons:

todo estuvo, sugeriria incluir palitos de queso como opcion en el menu para pedir a la hora de disfrutar la piscina

El lobby y la comodidad de la almohadas y la cama. El aire acondicionado también era muy agradable

El desayuno deja mucho que desear. Poca variedad y la calidad de la comida no era la mejor. Además fue decepcionante ver cómo en un lugar cómo Santa Marta no había ninguna comida costeña en el menú del desayuno. Son muy pocas las opciones por no decir insuficientes. Además fueron muy vivos porque al final de cada desayuno hacían firmar un papel para “dejar constancia de que se consumió” pero realmente era para cobrar el servicio lo cual nunca informaban, cuando era AUTOSERVICIO. Muchos de nuestros acompañantes terminaron pagando propina al final sin saber, muy feo de parte del staff
