Hotel smelled of smoke. I booked no smoking rooms but was given smoking rooms and then was charged to upgrade to non smoking. Nicotine stains in the facilities. Sink and shower broken. Air con not working

They dont offer Upgrade until you are suprised with your room
Pros:

we booked room without breakfast, so we cannot comment about food. The room is quite clean

Cons:

The standard room is pretty small we have to upgrade to renovated room, it is a bit bigger because it is in the corner. Thus the price we have to pay nearly the same with the Harris hotel nearby. which has a bigger room.
