They dont offer Upgrade until you are suprised with your room
Pros:

we booked room without breakfast, so we cannot comment about food. The room is quite clean

Cons:

The standard room is pretty small we have to upgrade to renovated room, it is a bit bigger because it is in the corner. Thus the price we have to pay nearly the same with the Harris hotel nearby. which has a bigger room.

The shower cubicle was so small and no place to put your toiletries (our own soap/shampoo/facial cleanser, etc)

Pros:

I loveeee the staff , all of them are so friendly! The facilities in the room ok & clean

Cons:

The bathroom wall are almost transparent & quite packed in a room, maybe because of the design im not sure but so far still okay
