Sehr ordentliches Hotel, sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Buffet, die Getränke sind auch in Ordnung.

I had a full-body massage with Santi at the hotel spa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The massage was very relaxing, and Santi was attentive and professional throughout the session. He regularly checked that I was comfortable and made sure I felt at ease the entire time.

One thing that surprised me was being asked to remove my bra as well, but this was only because I had not encountered that in previous massages. It was handled professionally and respectfully.

Overall, I would definitely recommend trying a massage at least once during your stay. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience that added to my holiday.

Excellent massage by Meriyem at Sunprime C-Lounge! She is a highly professional and attentive therapist. From the very first minutes, you can feel her experience and personalized approach. After the session, all muscle tension was gone, and I felt relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you, Meriyem, for the outstanding service and genuine care. I will definitely come back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage experience.

Perfect location,close to beach/town. 10 min cab-ride to Alanya. Nice and quiet atmosphere within the hotel. The room showed sings of wear, could use a bit of work. That being said, always clean and tidy thanks to a professional staff. No disturbing traffic noise, even at daytime. Chec-in/out in a flash. The little lobby shop would offer all necessities not included in the all inclusive, by a super welcoming shop-keeper. The restaurant would offer a fine variety of different menues to all meals. A special thanks to Alladin who took extremely good care of us at the beach, wich by the way was kept nice and clean at all times. All in all, very good value for money, and I'm pretty sure we'll visit again for a fourth time

A very belated review from my eighth trip to this wonderful hotel, in March 2026.
I had a fantastic time, although the weather was the worst it’s been on all my trips here - which includes twice in February. Nothing the hotel can do about the weather though!
As always, the hotel is absolutely immaculately clean. The staff are a credit to the owners. They are all consistently fantastic, so hard working and always with a smile and very often humour! That the majority of staff have been there all the years I have been there, I see as a positive too.
The food in the buffet restaurant is excellent and varied. There is a wide choice of dishes, and a Pide (pizza) section and large salad bar. There are two choices of soup and a large range of different breads and rolls.
There are theme nights (Mexican, seafood, Italian etc ) and a show cooking station where you can personalise choices. The dessert choices are also plentiful, delicate cakes, traybakes, baklava, rice, crème brûlée as well as various fresh fruit options. Linda and Jeff (or ? Geoff) a lovely couple from Yorkshire I had met in March 2025, mentioned it would be so good to have ice cream too - which I totally agree with! As I’ve visited in October a few times I know that ice cream is available from the coffee shop for a few hours a day. It would be good if that was all year round and even better if available with dessert in the buffet restaurant!
I have no complaints about the food, as above, however when my partner and I visit Turkish restaurants in Scotland our favourites are Sucuk, Guvek (with cheese topping!), spicy ezme,and a yoghurt tapa with soft cheese, avocado, carrot, and garlic to mention a few. Be great to have more traditional Turkish dishes on offer. Although I acknowledge there is then the potential some will complain about lack of ‘British’ food (whatever that is?!) as I recall a guy complaining that the tomato, chilli sauce for chicken kebab wasn’t like his takeaway back in England 🙄.
So looking forward to my ninth visit in October 😀

i enjoyed my time here at sunprime C-lounge. i really liked the staff, especially Ramazan - he worked in the lobby bar and was very good at treating customers like family. he made my time at the hotell a wonderful experience. thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere in a convenient location. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very nice.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the chef, who kindly arranged for us to have dinner earlier on the day of our departure so we could eat before leaving for the airport. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Even though I’m in Turkey, it made me feel like I was in Bali. This wasn’t just a massage—it was a truly thoughtful and caring experience.

If you ever visit Turkey and stay at the Sunprime-C Hotel, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Santi. You definitely won’t regret it.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Sun Prime Hotel once again. Excellent hotel!!! Great conditions. Very professional and friendly service. Wonderful cuisine, delicious dishes. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

An utterly tasteless and deeply unpleasant hotel with a buffet so revolting it looked as though the hair and worms were competing for space in the food. Every meal felt like a biological experiment gone terribly wrong. The entire place carried the atmosphere of a damp grey prison rather than a holiday destination.

To make matters worse, they introduced me to a bizarre-looking man who was supposedly the hotel manager. A painfully inadequate individual who could barely string together a sentence in English, yet wandered around the property wearing the expression of someone entirely unaware of the disaster surrounding him. He simply stood there grinning vacantly while guests were left to endure the filth, the miserable atmosphere, and the spectacular incompetence on display.

At one point I realised the manager perfectly reflected the buffet itself: empty, unappealing, neglected, and impossible to take seriously. That was the exact moment I understood I was staying in one of the most dreadful establishments imaginable.

The staff looked deeply unhappy, the environment was cold and lifeless, and the entire hotel felt colourless, soulless, and aggressively ugly. Not luxury, not comfort — merely a sewer with beds pretending to be a hotel.
