The bathrooms had small little bugs under the tub. There were several. They were not roaches but smaller bugs. I understand it's an older building but maybe they should redo the bathrooms.

接客は素敵でした！

Cons:

浴室のお風呂を溜めて、栓を抜いたら排水溝からお湯が溢れ出しました。電話してすぐに直してもらいましたが、翌日にも同じ現象が…笑
床に持参パジャマを置いていたのでびちょびちょに…排水溝のよごれも少し付着してて…オエって感じ…。クリーニングとかしてくれるかな？と思いつつ自ら言えずにいるとそのまま何も言われなかったので自分でコインランドリーしました。
