Sami made our stay perfect! Very polite, friendly and welcoming. We have 2 small dogs and she made sure we had a room close to the exit to make it easier to take them out.

OUR STAY WAS GREAT

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD,ROOMS WERE CLEAN,FACILITIES WERE CLEAN,THERE WAS A BAD ODER IN THE LOBBY MOST DAYS LIKE SEWER BUT ROOMS AND HOTEL SEEMED CLEAN.

Cons:

TV GUIDE WHERE CHANNEL ARE DISPLAYED AND NAME OF SHOWS DISPLAYED. THE RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE AND VERY UNINVITING STAFF. THE COOK DID HIS JOB HE CREATED DECENT FOOD BUT THE SERVICE STAFF WAS VERY AWKWARD AND UNINVITING. THE RESTAURANT DIDNT EVEN HAVE DRINKS AND MOST OF THE FOOD ON THE MENU THEY DIDNT HAVE SO WHAT THE PURPOSE OF BEING OPEN. THE NAME OF THE RESTAURANT WAS 1901 AND THAT PLACE COULD BE A GOLD MINE BUT ITS NOT, DUE TO NO SYSTEMS IN PLACE.

The location

Cons:

The room’s carpet had an overpowering smell that was difficult to ignore. To combat this, I brought in my car’s scent diffuser and sprayed some car odor neutralizer to change the room’s scent. However, to make matters worse, the fire alarm went off (it was a false alarm), and the front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone. (At other hotels, at least they would pick up the phone to inform you that it was a false alarm.)
