Huge Delay in response
Pros:

I liked the swimming pool that's all.

Cons:

1. The room service for kitchen you need to call them more than 3 or 4 times for your order.
2. The Air conditions is need maintenence and is not working continously
3. I need to call The reception more than 5 to 10 time just to follow my needs.

Very bad services with huge delay in response.

I do not think its 5 star hotel

لقد سمعنا كثيرًا عن كرم الضيافة في مصر وحفاوة الاستقبال، لكن إقامتنا في هذا الفندق تجاوزت كل توقعات

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة هذا المجمع السياحي الرائع في القاهرة. كانت إقامتي تجربة مميزة بكل معنى الكلمة، حيث لمست حسن الضيافة والاستقبال الراقي منذ اللحظة الأولى.

يتميز المكان بالنظافة العالية سواء في الغرف أو المرافق العامة، كما أن طاقم العمل متعاون ومحترم ويقدم خدمة ممتازة. الأسعار مناسبة جداً مقارنة بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة، وتتوفر جميع وسائل الراحة والرفاهية التي يحتاجها الزائر.

أعجبتني بشكل خاص المسابح النظيفة والمعتنى بها جيداً، إضافة إلى الألعاب المائية الممتعة والمرافق المخصصة للأطفال، مما جعل المكان مناسباً للعائلات. كما أن وجود صالة رياضية مجهزة بشكل ممتاز ومرافق ترفيهية متنوعة أضاف الكثير إلى متعة الإقامة.

My stay in the hotel was a good experience

المكان حلو جدا ونظيف جدا والمرافق ممتازة والطاقم كله متعاون جدا والفطار ممتاز والاولاد انبسطو كتير وكمان تخصيص وقت خاص بالنزلاء فقط في الاكوا بارك التابعة للفندق شئ كتير حلو
انا حابة اشكر كل طاقم الفندق على معاملتهم واهتمامهم وتعاونهم على مدار ال 24 ساعة

Not the best for the price.
Cons:

The showerhead was broken. When they fixed the showerhead, the water still sprayed the entire bathroom. They didn’t clean the room any day we were there and there was never a “do not disturb” sign put out. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The room decor was old. We always had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. The laundry service is extremely expensive for Egypt. More expensive than American hotel prices. The safe was broken. The reception and customer service was not very flexible. They offered us a different room in another hotel but we booked this hotel for the pools and playground access. The playground was also a bit dangerous with holes around the trees and bushes so young children need to be monitored. The swings are for older kids not young children. Neither are the slides.
