Not so much sport city in October but great breakfast and luxurious atmosphere.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. The staff by the reception was very nice and the cleaners exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

False advertising about this place being a sport city with water land, tennis, table tennis and more. We booked this hotel only to enjoy the water park. When we arrived we were informed it was closed. Thankfully we got free breakfast instead. That made us much happier.

Disappointing experience, not up to five star standards.
Pros:

The hotel looked nice from the outside, and we really liked the location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to its five-star rating. The room was outdated and in need of renovation, and the breakfast was below the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

تجربة إقامة ممتازة من حيث الراحة والقيمة مقابل السعر. الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون، والموقع ممتاز، والغرف واسعة ومريحة ونظيفة جدًا.

من وجهة نظري، الفندق لا يرتقي إلى مستوى 5 نجوم، ويمكن تصنيفه أقرب إلى 3 نجوم من حيث المستوى العام والخدمات.

لكن في المقابل، القيمة مقابل السعر ممتازة جدًا جدًا، والإقامة كانت مريحة وممتعة. أنصح به بشدة لمن يبحث عن النظافة والراحة والموقع الجيد بسعر مناسب.

Reception staff — Ms. Rania, Ms. Ghada, and Ms. Sali — were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and convenient.The location is outstanding: close to most of the historical landmarks, with the added advantage of being free from traffic congestion.

Cons:

- Hotel furniture is noticeably outdated and would benefit from refurbishment.
- Since our balcony overlooked the city (highway), the noise level was quite high, especially during the night, which affected the comfort of our stay.

Grosse déception, aucun retour positif

Le cadre est jolie, sécurisé et bien entretenu, intérieur comme extérieur.

Cons:

Aucune considération pour les clients, j'ai réservé cet hôtel spécialement pour l'aquaparc pour les vacances de mon fils,
C'est après ma réservation que je reçois les conditions dont la fermeture complète de l'aquaparc le jour meme de mon arrivée alors que ce n'était pas précisé sur Booking.
Autre problème, piscine pour adultes en travaux, concrètement il ne restait qu'une piscine d' 1m25.
De quoi rafraîchir les jambes d'un adulte !
Enfin pour terminer, la journée du 18, du au gros travaux, nous avons suivi toutes les nuisances sonores, un vrai vacarme, bruit de marteau-piqueur et de masse toute la journée.
Après avoir fait une réclamation, le manager de l'hôtel na pas apporté de solution, pas de dédommagement, et n'a meme jamais répondu a mes differentes réclamation faite en ligne.
Grosse déception d'avoir payer un service inexistant.

Doordat alles net onder de Europese maat is niet helemaal to.

De vriendelijke mensen

Cons:

Sport accomodaties zijn verouderd en voor Europees gebruik niet geschikt. Veel te oud en niet schoon ( veel kalk in sauna en was gelegenheid)
