На ресепшене одни обманщики работают, они вам расскажут что будет если потерять карту от полотенец - это штраф 500 фунтов, зато стоимость завтрака умножить в два раза по сравнению с ценой в приложении они не забыли. Летом спа не работает, нужно их просить за 5 часов что бы они все подготовили и включили, номера старые и ущербные, оставил наушники в номере и они хотели их украсть, потому что пока им самим не позвонил и не сказал что оставил наушники в номере, они и не думали звонить и сообщать об этом. Видимо работники этого клоповника хотели забрать их себе. Лифты старые и ущербные, кнопки не работают, если вы захотите попросить воду в номер, то вы должны им заплатить ещё. Персонал вместо того, что бы решать вопросы и сглаживать конфликт начинают обострять его. Завтраки просто ужас, сосиски на вкус как потные носки и хлеб не свежий, выпечка вся вчерашняя. Так что если вы хотите ущербно провести свои выходные, то вам точно в этот отель, который по уровню сервиса подходит только для бродячих собак. Езжайте лучше в отель al masa nasr city, там реальный сервис на 5 звёзд и цена оправдывает весь сервис что туда включен. Тут работают одни воры и обманщики.

Great stay!
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and the service was great throughout. A special mention to Sarah, who was brilliant and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re back in Cairo!

Pros:

فندق نظيف ومريح وبه مرافق جميله للأطفال، أشكر الاستاذة سارة على تسهيل بعض الإشكاليات البسيطة التي واجهتنا تعاملت باحترافية واهتمام كبير مما كان له الأثر في عكس صورة ايجابية عن الفندق وادارته.
