Great stay!
Pros:

The location is great. The apartment was clean and modern. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We found that the shower pressure was extremely low and there were some issues around the apartment for examples the curtains unattached from the rails and lights flickering. After speaking to a staff member, a technician was sent to fix all the issues.

تجربة سيئة جدًا ولا تليق بفندق خمس نجوم

للأسف كانت تجربتي في فندق جويل سبورت سيتي بمدينة نصر سيئة جدا ولم أجد مستوى الخدمة أو المرافق قريبا من مستوى فندق خمس نجوم.

* خدمة الاستقبال: الاستجابة للاتصالات الهاتفية من الغرف بطيئة جدا وأحيانا لا يتم الرد بالسرعة المطلوبة.
* الخدمة داخل الغرفة: طلبت إحضار المياه مرتين، ولم يتم تنفيذ الطلب.
* المصاعد: من أسوأ ما واجهته في الفندق المصعد بطيء بشكل مبالغ فيه، وربما هو أبطأ مصعد استخدمته في حياتي.
* الإنترنت: ضعيف جدا كما أن نظام الدخول إلى شبكة الإنترنت مزعج ومتخلف إذ يتطلب إدخال أكواد بشكل متكرر لذا اضطررت لاستخدام الإنترنت المرتبط بشريحة الهاتف الشخصية.
* التواصل بشأن تسجيل الخروج: قمت بتمديد إقامتي ليوم إضافي وأبلغت الفندق بوضوح أنني لا أريد تغيير الغرفة، كما طلبت منهم أكثر من مرة عدم الاتصال بي أو إزعاجي بخصوص موعد المغادرة. ومع ذلك، فوجئت بإحضار ورقة المغادرة والتواصل معي بشأن الخروج، رغم أنني كنت قد مددت إقامتي بالفعل.

أما الأكوا بارك، فكانت بالنسبة لي أكبر خيبة في التجربة. يتم الترويج لها بصورة توحي بأنها ميزة رئيسية للنزلاء، لكنها مزدحمة جدا والأهم أنها مفتوحة للعامة وليست مخصصة لنزلاء الفندق، مما يجعل الاستمتاع بها أمرا صعبا للغاية.

بصراحة لا أرى أن مستوى الفندق يرتقي حتى إلى مستوى فندق نجمتين من حيث الخدمة والتجربة التي حصلت عليها، ولذلك فإن تصنيفه ضمن فئة الخمس نجوم يثير الاستغراب.
