The picture of the room

Cons:

The room was not clean, the linen was was did not look fresh, the bathroom was NOT CLEAN! There was an unpleasant scent as well. I told the receptionist she said that they were renovating the rooms that's why the furniture looks that way she said it's old. She said she would have housekeeping to come clean room and bathroom, did not happen! I puchased air freshener and cleaning supplies to clean the the bathroom and the room myself. The elevator was also broken, had to use service elevator, which was horrible. The picture of the room look very nice, but this is not how the room look in person. I WAS NOT PLEASED AND I'M STILL NOT PLEASED!

Pros:

I loved the staff. They were welcoming and for every problem we had they were quick to find a solution. I also loved the location!.

Cons:

The facility was rather worn and things such as the elevators and air-conditioning did not work. We had to move rooms and use the services elevators which were scary and slow.
