El trato del personal
La limpieza no debería ser a demanda por que se puede olvidar solicitarta, los aires acondicionados, por el tema de política ambiental y de ahorro no hay aire en el lobby y es bastante deficiente en las habitaciones.
Realmente nada … desde que llegue la actitud del personal de recepción muy hostil, tenían un servicio de agua y café para la llegada pero sorpresa que no había café y al preguntarle me direccionó a una máquina para que lo comprara a lo cual no tengo problema pero entonces retiren ese servicio si no hay o no lo dan
La habitación no guarda relación con las fotos, muy distintas, el aire acondicionado presentaba fallas, el baño en pésimo estado de aseo, no tienen servicio de mini bar en la habitación, dure 20 min esperando arreglaran el aire, a la habitación le daba el sol de la tarde y estaba hecha un horno, cuando dije q me iba el personal de recepción no preguntó el porqué ni dio alternativas… pésimo todo cero recomendado

Beim Frühstück war die Obstauswahl sehr beschränkt und plötzlich wurde weggeräumt ohne vorher Bescheid zu geben.
Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war nicht so warm.

El desayuno, la cafetera en la habitación y la amabilidad del personal.
El olor de los pasillos y la habitación, para los pasillos les sugiero que quiten la alfombra y pongan baldosa como en la recepción que huele deli. Tampoco me gusto pedir que asearan la habitación bajo pedido, eso se debe hacer sin tener que solicitar el servicio, aparte de lo básico que fueron los jabones no se incluía ningún otro artículo de higiene o cuidado personal en el baño, por otro lado, en la habitación no había agua potable para hacer uso de la cafetera y tampoco había nevera. Las almohadas están muy altas.
La atención fue demasiado buena, el hotel estaba bien ubicado, buen desayuno y las instalaciones súper limpias y cómodas.
