El hotel goza de una ubicación céntrica y es de fácil acceso. Hay un pequeño centro comercial con supermercado a 10 minutos de distancia y otro a 15 minutos. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y son funcionales. Una vez finalizadas las obras de modernización, volverá a haber sauna y jacuzzi en la azotea. Mi agradecimiento especial a Harold, el jefe de recepción; siempre es muy amable y servicial.
The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. There is a small shopping center with a supermarket 10 minutes away, and another one 15 minutes away. The rooms are well-appointed and practical. Once the renovation is complete, there will once again be a sauna and a rooftop Jacuzzi. My special thanks go to Harold, the head of reception; he is always exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Lo central que es, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la vista a la ciudad.
La atención del personal, sobre todo quienes nos atendieron en el desayuno.
El parqueadero, muy incómodo además quedamos encerrados porque no estaba la recepcionista y no había quien nos abriera el parqueadero para salir 😞

El jacuzzi estaba malo, le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel.
Big rooms in a very modern and friendly hotel.
It is hard for a hotel to have a very good location in Barranquilla because the city is sprawling and impossible to walk. But the street was easy for taxis to find and there is a great little vegan restaurant just around the corner (on foot!).
There is a decent range of options at breakfast, including a selection of vegan/vegetarian options, but these can run out quickly if you are not down early.
Given how modern the hotel is, we never once received a full set of clean towels. There were very obvious stains on at least one towel each time we asked for new ones. I don't know if this was an issue with washing or just carelessness. Otherwise the hotel is very clean.
The "jacuzzi" is out of service and had obviously been out of service for a long time with no clear sign it will be coming into use any time soon.

La persona que me atendió no aplicó la norma vivo fuera del país y me cobró como viviera aquí en Colombia le mostré mi pasaporte Americano y lo rechaso con mala actitud!!

We recently stayed for 1 night before a river cruise. Location was okay, although not central. We were able to walk to the Carnival Museum from the hotel. Pluses were the low price and cleanliness. We also picked it because they were able to arrange airport pick up--although I had to remind them of the arrangement and provide my pick up information. They did not provide bottled water in the room, and there was inadequate hot water in the shower. Breakfast was okay.
La habitacion esta muy bien por el valor, todo muy limpio y bastante amplia.
El desayuno, fue uno de los peores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cuando vimos el pan, lleno de hormigas y la atencion de la persona no fue la mejor. Al final solo tomamos un cafe y decidimos ir a otro lugar a desayunar.
Los desayunos muy completos, el área de parqueo muy buena, las habitaciones cómodas, el personal muy amable.
