Good.
Pros:

Please dont stay in this hotel. There are much better options nearby.

Nothing. This hotel is a complete cheat. Booking.com should delist this hotel.

Cons:

We did not like anything in this hotel. The staff were very rude and anything you ask the first answer is No. There is no lift and you have to carry your luggage. They are not even ready to provide receipt for the amount you pay and they told to get it from booking.com.
The breakfast was substandard and we could clearly see they dont like guests who book through online.

Ubicación muy buena. Cerca de restaurantes y terminales de bus.
Lugar muy limpio y acogedor. Lo visité con mi esposa por una noche para visitar Ica. Todos los guías turísticos nos pudieron recoger en el hotel para ir a los distintos lugares. El personal de servicio es amable y atento

Good Hotel in Ica
Pros:

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and well maintained hotel. Very close to downtown area and to local attractions. Helpful staff and are very reachable and will contact you in case any additional services needed.
