El personal del hotel es muy amable. Y el hotel esta a muy buena ubicación del centro. Me encanto el hospedaje.

No se hospeden en la habitación 405

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tiene estacionamiento propio, que por el lugar, se agradece mucho. El personal de aseo muy amable y los vigilantes también.

Cons:

La habitación 405 literalmente está adaptada para personas con discapacidad. No tiene puerta el baño y el lavabo es muy bajo. Aunque veo que si dice mi reserva que esta "adaptado" nunca dijeron que por completo. Fue muy incomodo estar en una habitación sin puerta en el baño. Hubiera agradecido que si veían a una pareja hospedarse en esa habitación, que no tenía ninguna discapacidad, ofrecer irse a una normal, pero no lo hicieron, pagando la diferencia, obviamente. Súper mal por ellos. El desayuno, deberían mejorarlo, el huevo súper frío y el jugo sabía a días de guardado. El internet nunca jalo...

The staff, they have attitudes and clearly they hate their jobs. No help at all, slow, scarce and worst of all entitled. If you want a place to stay the night and don’t mind the awful staff, go ahead. Also, facilities are dated and not maintained. Room smelled bad and humid. Bathroom has only one window with zero privacy.

Muy buena ubicación, a solo una dos calles de la catedral, una zona pintoresca y segura para ir caminando y disfrutar, las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, limpias, recámaras amplias y con todas las comodidades, muy cómodos los colchones y almohadas, todo limpio, el personal realmente servicial y amable, el desayuno delicioso la alberca es muy bonita y tiene mesitas y camastros cómodos. Estoy muy agradecido con el hotel y su personal.
