Pros:

Todo el personal fue muy amable. Nos avisaron con antelación de que iban a hacer remodelaciones en el edificio donde se encontraba nuestra habitación y nos ofrecieron otra habitación superior.
El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación; se puede ir a pie a diferentes sitios de interés.

Cons:

Sería excelente que las habitaciones contaran con el servicio de internet inalámbrico y que dispusieran de un teléfono.

La ubicación es ideal para ir a la parte céntrica de Valle de Bravo y cuenta con estacionamiento en la localidad

Cons:

Un foco del baño no prendía, lo reporté desde que llegué, y no lo arreglaron mientras estuvimos ahí

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cercar del centro y lugares de interés, sin nececidad de tomar tu carro, al menos que quieras visitar lugares a la redonda cercano como Avándaro, aún ai la ubicación es estratégica.

Cons:

La tina de hidromasaje del cuarto le falta mantenimiento, prefiero no comentar ese asunto.

Lo mejor es el personal ✨️
Pros:

El personal era muy amable y nos permitieron utilizar el estacionamiento por bastantes horas, además de que el desayuno buenísimo. Además de que estaba bastante cerca de el centro y el mercado, lo que permitía desplazarnos con facilidad.

Cons:

Nos dieron mas habitaciones bastante tarde.

La alberca estaba sucia después la lavaron y habia mucha espuma/ producto. No nos pudimos meter a nadar y fue por eso que reservamos este hotel.

Recomendable para ir en familia. No de descanso en pareja.
Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación, el.personal amable. Solo hubo dos detalles, la alberca estaba sucia el primer dia y no pudimos hacer uso de ella, el segundo dia tuvieron el desatino de podar el jardin a las 7.30 am, comentamos con recepción pero no dieron solución, no lo promuevan como lugar de descanso, no lo es. Fuera de eso todo bien.

Cons:

No es un lugar de descanso. Tuvimos la mala suerte que les toco podar jardin a las 7.30 de la mañana, pueden hacerlo despues de las 10 am creo es un horario mas atinado para los que vamos de descanso.
