Overall we’re happy and actually we’ve been staying number of times.
Pros:

All the staffs were friendly and outstanding. They upgraded our room with no additional charges. We really appreciate that.

Cons:

There’s no ironing board in the room and it’s troublesome to get one and have to wait till it’s available. I brought up the issue in the comment during my previous stay. The management should look into this.
