Hotel Castellano I , esta muito bem localizado, perto dos vários pontos histórico de Salamanca.. Hotel pequeno mas agradável e acolhedor.

Cons:

Hotel com pouca variada no pequeno almoço, deveriam falar também em Português para explicar melhor e ajudar os seus hospedes para numa melhor comunicação entre ambas as partes..

Un trato familiar,personal muy educado y servicial.

Verdaderamente excepcional. Como si estuvieras en casa. Muy familiar, trato 💯.
Habíamos reservado para dos personas y en el último momento tuvo que venir nuestro hijo y Booking no encontró solución pero el hotel castellano puso todo de su parte para una buena estancia.

Hotel antiguo pero el personal una maravilla
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El personal maravilloso. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios. Había un ventilador de techo buenísimo que daba un fresquito súper agradable. El desayuno bastante bien. El precio muy acertado.

Cons:

Se ve que es bastante antiguo. La televisión estaba en el lateral de las camas en vez de en frente. Uno de los colchones era muy blandito

La ubicación y el trato del personal

Cons:

Las paredes eran muy finas por lo que se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que ocurría en otras habitaciones (o en la calle). El hotel no tiene culpa del ruido que se dé durante la noche pero implementar algún aislante de sonido en las paredes no sería mala idea. Quitando eso ha estado bien

Hotel de paso
Pros:

Esta ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y tiene recepción 24 horas. Hay ventilador de techo.

Cons:

Hay un bar justo debajo del hotel con su respectiva terraza. Hay demasiado ruido del exterior si es verano y al darnos una habitación en la planta baja al lado de la recepción se escuchaba a todo el mundo llegar y las paredes con de papel.
