Pros:

La piscine et encore il y avait des chose a réparer
La suite junior est belle avec une belle vue

Cons:

La nourriture une déception
La propreté non plus
L'hôtel a énormément de réparation a faire et de travaux les enfants sont regardé au moindre bruit
La nourriture du soir et du matin tres tres peu de choix et niveau goût sa vaut pas dutou le prix dun hôtel....

המלון עם חוף פרטי ונוח הצוות מעולה החדרים ממש יפים וטובים המרפסות מושלמות הבריכה פצצה בסך הכללי החוויה היתה טובה מאוד שמחנו לנפוש שם הצוות שם עזר לנו בכל דבר תודה לכם

לפי דעתי האוכל טעון שיפור מבחינת הגיוון שלו והטעמים היו דברים אניני טעם המזגן בחדר הינו מרכזי אז למי שסובל מחום קצת יהיה קשה לו אבל בסך הכללי הוא מקרר טוב לגבי החנייה מתוך 4 ימים 3 ימים החניתי מחוץ למלון כי לא היה מקום ושילמתי מכספי על פנגו

המלצה על מלון הוד הרבט סמואל

מיקום מצויין.
צוות אדיב ורובו עושה מאמצים להנעים את השהייה.
במיוחד נרצה לציין את: המנכ"ל גבי, השף עובד- אחד ויחיד ונבו באבטחה.
נציין לשבח את ארוחות טובות מאוד- היינו בחצי פנסיון: ארוחת בוקר וארוחת ערב. חייבים לשבח במיוחד את השף עובד על ארוחות כיד המלך עם מנות טעימות ומגוונות. כל בקשה בחדר האוכל (כולל ללא גלוטן/ ללא סוכר) נענתה בצורה מיידית ומהירה.
ספא- מצויין ומומלץ. תודה במיוחד למרק.

חנייה- ברור שמקום חנייה הוא על בסיס מקום פנוי, אך מתברר שיש כאלו ששומרים להם חנייה.
חשוב לציין, שלאחר פנייה -הנושא טופל.
בעיה במקלחת- כשפנינו בקבלה- לא טופלה.
תוקנה למחרת אחרי פנייה אישית למנכ"ל גבי, שהיה קשוב וטיפל בכך באופן מיידי.
