The disappointment did not stop.

The hotel itself is old, dirty and mispriced for the stay. On arrival, I noticed crowded, dirty carpets on our floor. The debris that I noticed, papers, dirt, small items, wrappers etc, were still there when we checked out. The room also was not really clean and showed serious signs of dating. under the ottoman I found some dirt from hiking shoes that the cleaner missed when he or she cleaned the room. The dresser drawer was noticably broken with one drawer not closing all thge way. The furniture all around had a number of nicks where the verneer started to fall off. The shower made a terrible rasping sound when opened. It was a cheap looking room that reminded me more of a motel that you crash in off the highway. Overall, the hotel is dated, unclean, overpriced, and not terribly comfortable. I was profoundly shocked it had the Hyatt name on it - even at that level. The breakfast, cheap/subpar. Outside, the pool area was also unkept. Towels everywhere with no staff keeping the place in order. The pool itself was too shallow for any real swimming. It was not advertised as a wading pool, but that is what it was. The children's play area, something that I was looking forward to for our kids, was too cold, too rusted and too old. It, too, like the rest of the hotel besides the entranceway was in need of renovatiion. I would never recommend anyone stay there. For the price, there are much better options nearby.

Very poor
Pros:

Bed was not comfortable at all, quilt/comforter was worn out. Will never use this place again . Old fashioned tv doesn't have Netflix or other channels.

Cons:

Need new comforter, pillows and tv and Netflix Amazon or other movie channels
