Cons:

Hay que pagar para que te enciendan el aire acondicionado, con el calor que hace eso es aprovecharse. Eso debería estar incluido en el servicio del alojamiento. El baño es súper antiguo y muy incómodo. Para el precio que tiene me esperaba algo mejor.

Great, friendly place and walkable location to the train station.
Pros:

Enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff. smooth check-in.
We arrived later in the evening from a long flight, we were delighted to see a local restaurant across the street that was open late. We enjoyed amazing pizza and wine! What a treat. The location to the train station was an easy walk.

Cons:

The air conditioning was a little weak, didn’t cool the room off very well.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass das Zimmer trotz seines Alters sehr sauber war. Das Bett war außerdem äußerst bequem. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Personal – alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausgesprochen freundlich, höflich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum Schlafen ist das Hotel durchaus in Ordnung. Wer jedoch mehr Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte oder Wert auf moderne Ausstattung legt, sollte dies berücksichtigen. Für junge Reisende mit kleinerem Budget ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dennoch akzeptabel. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die gute Lage mit einer sehr guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Wir hatten uns bei der Buchung leider etwas vertan, weshalb das Hotel nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach.

Das Zimmer war schlicht eingerichtet und eher einfach als modern. Es gab einige Gebrauchsspuren, wie Flecken an den Wänden sowie abgeplatzte Farbe an Rollläden und Fenstern. Eine Klimaanlage ist gegen Aufpreis verfügbar und hat das Zimmer zuverlässig gekühlt.

Der größte Kritikpunkt war das Badezimmer. Es roch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts muffig und war sehr schwül. Da unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss lag, konnten wir das Fenster aus Sicherheitsgründen kaum öffnen. Eine funktionierende Lüftung schien nicht vorhanden zu sein. Außerdem wirkte das Bad renovierungsbedürftig: Es gab deutliche Kalkablagerungen, Verfärbungen sowie leichte Schimmelspuren. Der Duschkopf war locker und bewegte sich beim Duschen stark. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Toilettenspülung einwandfrei funktioniert hat.

Die Wände sind leider sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber der Rezeption, sodass wir Gespräche, klingelnde Telefone und das Öffnen und Schließen der Türen deutlich hören konnten.

Etwas irreführend fanden wir die Angabe auf Booking.com zu den Parkplätzen. Dort wird erwähnt, dass Parkplätze gegen Gebühr verfügbar sind. Vor Ort wurde uns jedoch erklärt, dass es sich ausschließlich um öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze rund um das Hotel handelt und nicht um hoteleigene Stellplätze.

Lo mejor la ubicación que está muy cerca de la estación de trenes.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña. El baño está para reformar, la ducha minúscula que no se puede casi si entrar, el inodoro se mueve hacia delante al sentarse, no nos ponían ni gel para ducharnos. Era todo bastante cutre y anticuado. Como detalle hasta las perchas eran de un comercio con las tallas puestas. Muy cutre. Y te cobran por todo: 10€ por poner el aire cada noche y 10€ por dejar las mochilas allí el día de salida.
