Pros:

Closeness to arena. Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly

Cons:

Lack of tea facilities had to ask for teabags sugar and milk. No ordinary teabags at desk. Member of staff got some out of a tin not in packets. Arrived at 2pm to be told couldn't enter hotel till 3pm. Advised to go in anecdote for drink and seat. Pub full no spare seating. Doesn't sell tea and coffee. Hotel stated check in at 3pm but doesn't tell you NO ACCESS!! Our room was on mezzanine and facing arena. Not adequate soundproofing could hear them packing away show all night. Still moving things at 6am!. Bathroom needs some work. No paint on part of skirting and something has run down the wall. Stayed in various hilton hotels but this wasn't worth the money.

All good and a pleasant night spent at the hotel.
Pros:

Room was perfect with good lighting; bed comfy & close to venue we attended. I recall breakfast being offered at £12 p/h but we were charged £15. All went well with no complaints, food & drinks available on-site. Loved the view of the stadium

Cons:

Iron in my room was faulty, Toilet seat a little odd fitting, rooms/corridors long & hard to find (above/length of football pitch). Car parking close enough to hotel but Car Park A is a little distance to walk if carrying luggage/heavy bags.

Great stay for events but be prepared for security checks!
Pros:

Proximity to CBS stadium for event, quiet room, good breakfast

Cons:

Advance notice of rigourous security checks before checking in would have prepared us for almost an hour queuing through airport style security followed by a friendly hotel check in despite further queue. Similarly, advance notice that luggage had to be booked in advance if arriving before 3.00. understandable in hindsight, butt both issues some way from normal UK hotel experience

Disappointed and communication is poor
Pros:

It was convenient for the event I was travelling to.

Cons:

My room was too far from the lift and I have difficulty walking. Issues with my bathroom and noise above prevented a good nights sleep. Tried several times to ring reception from room and couldn’t get through. Charged twice and days later still having problems getting refunded so I will not be staying here again.

Worth the money
Pros:

Location was perfect, as it’s just of the M6 Toll, so no need to drive inside Coventry. Car park and of cos the cookies given

Cons:

The rooms given weee quite far from the lift, but it’s understandable that someone had to stay there, considering the hotel is built round a stadium or rather part of the stadium itself

All the issues were raised directly with hotel manager and a full refund was confirmed to be issued via booking.com but
Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and photos was shared with hotel. Broken shampoo and showergel holders which was left lying on the ground. Carbon monoxide alarm kept going off from 4am.
