Decent size room and great facilities
Location near M6 was great for me. Food in the bar was good and breakfast was very good and value for money.
Let down by restaurant!
Breakfast day 1 was not that hot. Warm plates were actually cold. Fridge doors were broken and when you tried to slide them the whole unit moved.
Tables were not cleaned fully. In place of clearing whole table and then cleaning fully, they wipe around items on the table. The reception for breakfast is non existent. You just find a seat. There are no breakfast menus, so it is guesswork as to what is available. Whilst it is a buffet only scrabbled eggs on buffet. You can order other types of eggs but I guess they keep it a secret.
I went in one evening for food no ordered 8 wings to take to my room. £15 for Korean Sticky wings. Now i understand why at 8 pm it was empty!
The worse wings ever! They must have come from pigeons they wear that small. Would have got more meat from chickens feet. Not sticky and no flavour or sesame seeds. By the time I realised I was in my room so not could not be bothered complying as leaving the next day.
Room and housekeeping / reception were all great. But for over £1300 for my stay very dissapointed.

Room was dirty, woman hair was still on bed and pillows, meaning they did not change bed. Room service up to 8.45pm only. Had to walk a lot plus use stairs to get to the room

There was no bedding for the sofa bed and we were told that housekeeping has left for the day. We paid for three beds but could only use two which was far from acceptable.
Also an alarm went off in the middle of the night, followed by an announcement half an hour later. Also the TV turned itself on (obviously set by a timer) and woke everyone up.
I liked that there is a retail park just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Staff friendly,hotel room clean
The WiFi wasn't working and did not receive any compensation offer.
This hotel is extremely dirty, no functioning lifts on some floors. We were forced to walk up and down. Also even though we had confirmed rooms it turned out that they were over booked forcing some of my family to go elsewhere. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff members in the bar that you eat your tea breakfast staff are amazing and fantastic but when we had tea they where rude gave me a pint of coke but it was nearly clear and didn’t taste like coke and said they couldn’t do food unless it was something quick and easy 2 couples walked out I had a bowl of chips that where still raw and a salad and the dressing was way to much it was half way up the bowel and staff spent most of the time on there mobile phones and couldn’t care less about who was in eating or drinking
