Cons:

Room was dirty, woman hair was still on bed and pillows, meaning they did not change bed. Room service up to 8.45pm only. Had to walk a lot plus use stairs to get to the room

Cons:

There was no bedding for the sofa bed and we were told that housekeeping has left for the day. We paid for three beds but could only use two which was far from acceptable.
Also an alarm went off in the middle of the night, followed by an announcement half an hour later. Also the TV turned itself on (obviously set by a timer) and woke everyone up.

Horrible
Pros:

This hotel is extremely dirty, no functioning lifts on some floors. We were forced to walk up and down. Also even though we had confirmed rooms it turned out that they were over booked forcing some of my family to go elsewhere. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was ok also the toilet flush was not on the wall properly and wouldn’t flush the walls are dirty and the beds around

Staff members in the bar that you eat your tea breakfast staff are amazing and fantastic but when we had tea they where rude gave me a pint of coke but it was nearly clear and didn’t taste like coke and said they couldn’t do food unless it was something quick and easy 2 couples walked out I had a bowl of chips that where still raw and a salad and the dressing was way to much it was half way up the bowel and staff spent most of the time on there mobile phones and couldn’t care less about who was in eating or drinking

Disappointing
Pros:

Very overpriced, not value for money. The shower had broken shower gel (should have been attached to the wall but was laid on the floor), the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly.

Lovely weekend away , casino , and coventry city centre alot going on will definitely be back

Cleanliness needs to be addressed!
Pros:

Spacious room, quick check in, very good breakfast selection, incl GF, yogurts, musli, fresh and dried fruit, eggs, waffles, pancakes... We got a good night's sleep in a room that was very quiet.

Cons:

Cleanliness of rooms - we found plastic string, a chocolate nut and a hair clip on the floor. Any of these could have done serious damage to our little dog who was with us. We complained to the manager who immediately addressed this issue in a friendly and professional manner, offering to move us into another room. On first inspection, this room seemed clean(er) than the previous one. However, unfortunately we found eyelashes and a nail clipping on the sideboard, old, dried chips and even a snuff packet under the beds!

The staff in the restaurant didn't seem to be trained but the food was good. The breakfast buffet, as mentioned above, was very good - just don't take the 'cooked tomatoes': they come straight out of a tin.
