Decent value, friendly enough staff

Cons:

Room was an age from the lift, one lift didn't work. Shower gel empty (as was lotion) .... See housekeeping going around, guess they don't check that often. Small creakybath with waterfall head. Over 6ft and difficult to get under it.

Worst Hilton I’ve ever been to
Pros:

The breakfast staff that’s all

Cons:

It was filthy, aircon didn’t work, no food past 9.00pm, sheets tatty, no window to open, expensive, reception staff rude. Disabled Parking very far away and accessibility features negligible .. I would never go again

Two rooms, multiple problems and almost no sleep – nowhere near the standard I expected from DoubleTree by Hilton.
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located for the Coventry Building Society Arena and the rooms initially appeared comfortable and of the standard I would expect from a DoubleTree. Unfortunately, the problems overnight completely overshadowed the positives.

Cons:

We were woken at around 12:30am by a wall-mounted Aquitron panel continuously beeping. The room telephone was completely dead, so I had to go to reception in my pyjamas to get help. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and we were eventually moved to another room. After packing and moving all our belongings in the middle of the night, we then found ourselves close to a room where a very loud party and antisocial behaviour continued until around 2:30–3am. My alarm was set for 5am for my graduation, so I effectively had almost no sleep. I deliberately chose a DoubleTree because I associate Hilton with quality and reliability, particularly when I needed a good night’s sleep before an important event. The experience fell far below that standard.

Pros:

Size of room.

Cons:

No dressing table or place to sit and do hair/make up.
Bathroom v grubby.
One packet of biscuits (containing 3 small biscuits) between 2 people, and literally one tea bag of normal tea per person!
Cooked breakfast stone cold. Awful scrambled egg.

Decent hotel, but a bit dated and getting there on a match day is a challenge
Pros:

Decent hotel, we've got a spacious family room which could fit 2 adults and 3 kids and that was key decision factor, located in a stadium, massive shopping mall 5 minute walk, decent breakfast

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated, watch out for game days as we couldn't even park at the hotel and had to wait for the game to finish, there was loud music from the bar downstairs till late night
