Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel and the facilities available. The boat service to the beach was very convenient and a nice experience, and the free transport around the Laguna area made it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of options.

Cons:

The room felt a little run down and could definitely use some maintenance and refreshing. The sofa and floor had noticeable stains, which affected the overall feel of the room. We were also disappointed that the room was only cleaned every second day.

There were renovation works happening around the pool during our stay, which impacted the experience and atmosphere around that area. The kids’ area was also quite limited, with not many activities or play options available for children. With a few improvements, particularly to the rooms and kids’ facilities, the overall experience could be much better.

The hotel was okay.
The lady who checked me in was incredible. My main reason for traveling was a wedding taking place at the hotel next door, and she helped me with the zippers on my outfit and organized all my transfers.

Cons:

On the other hand, the gentleman who checked me out was rude. He didn't want to help with my transfer, saying it was too early. I explained that it was the wedding day and I needed to be there early. When I asked for a glass of water, he made an annoyed face and said, "Ma'am, you have to understand that nothing is open at this hour."
So, why do you have a 24-hour reception then? If it's not to help guests?

Nice hotel for family vacation
Pros:

Excellent location, nice pool and friendly staff. Great for family vacation and pretty affordable.

Cons:

A lot of things in the room require maintenance, like closet doors, room doors don’t close properly, wall sockets not working properly, some bathroom fixtures need fixing.
