Lo que más me gustó fue el personal y la ubicación.
El hotel está en la zona de la Laguna, tiene un shuttle Boat que te permite ir a otros hoteles y a la playa.
Soy celiaca y para el desayuno me hicieron unas tortitas que no terminaban de convencerme, pero en cuanto se lo dije al chef se volcó completamente para encontrar una alternativa. Buscó otra receta que me preparó al día siguiente, con un resultado fantástico.

Cons:

La decoración del hotel no me gustó nada, igual pensaba que al ser del grupo Bayan Tree iba a tener un estilo parecido, pero nada que ver...en las fotos el hotel parecía mejor....
No había aire acondicionado en los pasillos del hotel ni en el ascensor, hacía un calor horrible.
Para subir las maletas te dejan un carro para que te las lleves tú, no te ayudan como en otros hoteles de Tailandia.
La limpieza la hacen cada dos días.

Unforgettable stay and made some amazing family memories, we would love to return.
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way from start to finish. The pool areas were beautiful and well kept, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, felt safe and we loved the boat over the lagoon to the beach. The staff were exceptional and made us feel so looked after.

A pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location, situated in a clean and upscale area with a lovely lake view. The hotel provides a convenient boat shuttle to the beach every 20 minutes. The apartment has a fully equipped and clean kitchen, making it very suitable for families. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for families.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel is that the kids’ club is small, and the breakfast is not suitable for Muslims. The available options were mainly vegetarian food, eggs, and pastries.

Magnifique séjour à Phuket
Pros:
