Pros:

一上樓就能看到大廳有個巨大的香氛罐，整個都很香確實很驚艷。
早餐時服務的經理(?)都很熱情，會隨時介紹跟打招呼，很喜歡他的工作態度。餐點內容有沙拉很棒，可惜沒有千島醬或是油醋醬等，比較清爽的醬料這點可以加上。

Cons:

地下停車場巨難停，雖然是市中心不好找停車位只能用這種電梯停車，我都怕把車刮了，備選停車場距離又實在太遠了，建議可以找鄰近停車場(像火車站前停車場)與他們合作幫客戶代繳停車費。
餐廳一進入會發現左右兩邊通道堆放物料比較凌亂，建議可以放屏風遮住物料提升美觀性，這樣也不會讓客人看不到烤麵包機需要服務員來詢問介紹。咖啡只有黑咖啡很可惜沒有拿鐵，我個人不愛黑咖啡，喜歡濃縮咖啡加牛奶，也比較不傷胃，建議可以放個咖啡機讓客人自己做。

交通の便利が良くて、居心地のよいホテルでした。
Pros:

朝食の時に、よく働く手際の良い給仕さんがいて、たいへん気持ちが良かった。

Cons:

ロビーに置いてあるグランドピアノの手入れが良くなかった。
ほこりがたくさんついていた。

到嘉義市過夜的好選擇
Pros:

再次投宿皇爵依然很滿意。
距離火車站很近，步行到文化路夜市也不算太遠，房間乾淨，飯店提供的早餐也很滿意。
