Pros:

Very clean and comfy hotel, nice big bed and free breakfast in the morning (mostly Thai breakfast but still good).

Cons:

Aircon was a bit loud and there's not much nearby (Grab is available though)

Pros:

Great location. Down a side street of main Road. Nice clean rooms and great value for money. Friendly staff. Easy off street parking
