Pros:

The Marilisa is in perfect position for the village and the beach. It is well run with very good and attentive staff. The Manager Eleni made sure we had a perfect stay.

Cons:

As we are getting a little older the stairs were a challenge, especially with suitcases.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a buszmegálló, boltok és tavernák. A személyzet különösen Eleni és Sztavros nagyon kedvesek.

Cons:

Az ágy bár nagyon kényelmes, a rugók nyomnak, de nem vészes. Vízforralót felvehetnék a listára.

The staff made this place like home.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was quite large, the town was quaint.

Cons:

The wifi was only connecting by the pool.

Late aankomst, prima eerste nacht en ontbijt
Pros:

De locatie nabij het vliegveld van Heraklion, redelijk goed ontbijt, eigen parkeerlokatienaast hotel, enkele tavernes nabij, airco, koelkast, ruime kamer en groot balkon

Cons:

Verder van het strand, beetje krakkemikkig, vloer kraakt en zakt door, vlgs de manager kan het geen kwaad, als we er door zakken is er onder ook een bed … er krappe krakkemikkege douchecabine

Summer week at Kokkini Hani
Pros:

The staff was kind. The food was good and various. The room was big and with all services.
The hotel is 10 minutes far from Iraklio, so it was easy to reach.

Cons:

For a couple of nights we were disturbed in the middle of the night by unpolite guests who kept on making loud noises (for example, moving fornitures, playing loud music, etc). This was very annoying. I don't know if there's something the staff can do for this, but maybe a communication that the silence should be respected at night maybe can help.
