I lost my money in Ausi $ in Safety Box in my room...😭😭
Since that day, I unable to sleep alone 😭😭 feel unsaved and I asked my relatives whom lives in Jakarta to stay with me.
1 day before I check out, the management hotel called me to make a deal, they gave my money back less than half of my lost money 💰 ..

It was a pleasant stay overall
Pros:

The staffs were exceptionally cooperative. All of the staff at the reception, the concierge, the house keeping staff. I loved how they helped me out with any inconvenience I’ve had.

Cons:

The cleanliness and maintenance of the overall hotel. The breakfast could have been better too. The tiles, doors and floors of the bathroom were wearing off

Excellent stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast & a convenient location.
Pros:

HI hotel was clean, comfortable & very well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful & always greeted guests with a smile. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable & the breakfast had a good variety of choices. The location was also convenient, making it easy to travel around Jakarta. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Always great to be back!
Pros:

Staff without any doubt. convenient location and great rooms. stayed several times and never a problem.

Cons:

After staying so many times i guess breakfast is something would appreciate some improvements or variety but probably it's because i stay regularly. for first timers is more than sufficient though.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Mr Rohman. He attended to us during breakfast. He puts a big smile on my mums face when he came to her with a layered cake nicely decorated. Big thank u to Mr Rohman.

I don’t advise staying in this hotel with the same cost or more than that by maximum $30 you you could find in same area
Pros:

Employees are perfect. Polite. professional.

Cons:

Old furniture. Dirty bathrooms shower area and sink area. Glasses are totally scratched and brown from inside. Towels look like grey and so dry non-soft from a lot of use. A lot of dirty behind the curtains and dust and spider houses. The floor so dirty, the table are burned with cigarettes.

Very convenient location, close to the center but with easy access to and from the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast area had very limited options for non Asian food and there was a heavy smell of fried food, making it uncomfortable. The worst part though is that it is next to a mosque and a very long and very loud prayer starts at 4:30am and lasts for almost an hour. I sleep with earplugs and it still kept me awake for the whole time. Maybe rooms at the back are better. But make sure you bring earplugs if you are not used to this kind of noise in the middle of the night.
