Pros:

Excelente limpeza, colchões muito confortáveis, ar condicionado funciona bem, existencia de secador do cabelo, papel higiénico / sabão das mãos / gel de banho / garfos, facas, colheres, copos de vidro e chavenas de chá / esfregão e detergente para lavar a loiça disponíveis.

Cons:

O isolamento das janelas não é o melhor, de tal forma que, quando estão fechadas sente-se ar a entrar por elas e, de madrugada, acordamos com pessoas a gritar na rua.

Quiero y no puedo
Pros:

No me gustó nada en especial, el precio pero luego va en los servicios y ubicación.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado, no se podía regular la intensidad y se conectaba muy fuerte y molesto.
El desayuno las maquinas del café están averiadas y las jarras nadie se molesta en decirte lo que contienen, los fiambres regulares y estás solo para encender tostador o para hacer cualquier cosa, muy decepcionante el desayuno.

A prestatividade e simpatia da equipe.
Quando cheguei um dia após meus pais requisitei estar no mesmo andar que eles, e fui prontamente atendido.
Todas interaçôes com membros da equipe foram extremamente positivas com destaque para a recepcionista Maria e o barman Dan.

Cons:

Os equipamentos da cozinha do quarto poderiam incluir uma tabua de corte e uma faca de trabalho. Meus pais idosos tem sérias restrições alimentárias e eu precisei cozinhar para eles todos os dias.
