Nella doccia non funzionava l'acqua calda, nella seconda camera non c'era la TV, i cornetti della colazione erano minuscoli
The apartment was beautiful, very quiet with the windows closed even though there were very large crowds in St Mark's Square. Lovely breakfast served to us each morning at a time suitable for us, we were handed a sheet from which to choose items - you could order as much as you wanted. We used a fresh order sheet each day as we had different timetables each day, we had to hand it in between 5-7pm the night before. All the staff were very helpful. The apartments are split over two buildings, we stayed in the one attached to the clock tower. The reception desk was in the alley between the buildings (Calle del Pelllegrin), we found it easy to find. Lovely little restaurant down the end of the alley (opposite end to the square), we visited a few times. Unfortunately, I completed forgot to get photos of the rooms when we arrived, only a rubbish video on the day we were leaving, but I did get a breakfast one. Also well worth a visit to Murano, Burano and the Davinci Musem.
Nothing to dislike
The best location we have ever had in a tourist city. Breakfast in the room was perfect to watch San Marco's Square and not have to get into the heat or crowd. Would only stay at this location when returning to Venice.
Receptionist (Alice) was super informative and welcoming. I booked the suite with the terrace facing the St Marks Basilica and was ecstatic that there was a lift going up to the 4th floor. Extremely clean, great views, and the bath tub was 10/10.
I’m not sure if it’s 2 twin/full pushed together to make the queen bed but by morning you could tell it was splitting apart. Besides that no issues!

Das Frühstück im Zimmer war genauso wie wir es erwarteten und wurde immer pünktlich vom sehr netten Kellner gebracht.
Die Suite sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir von der Sauna und dem Whirlpool keinen Gebrauch machen, da uns die Zeit dazu fehlte.
Die Aussicht direkt auf den Markusplatz war hervorragend!

Excellent location, bit difficult to locate needs a little flag or over head signage to indicate where they are. Large comfortable apartment, right in the middle of everything. Lovely comfortable beds.
No one on early to check us out and answer any questions, tv remote didnt work, no microwave, breakfast lovely although very late in arriving. No kettle just a coffee machine.
Excellent breakfast , good choices and best hotel scrambled eggs i have ever had. all is delivered and set up beautifully and on time
