Pros:

Spacious room. Top location.

Cons:

A couple of little maintenance issues here and there. Grate in the shower falling out for example. Hot water taps not turning on. Minor things.

We were there 4 nights and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The room was spacious by London standards, and clean and comfortable. AC worked well. Location very convenient to Underground station and many restaurants and pubs. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar!

Cons:

Only complaint would be scarcity of convenient plugs in room.

Saturday night stay using two rooms for large family
Pros:

Stayed for just one night for a wedding nearby. The room was spacious and of a high quality fitout. The room had so many different cupboards and drawers that it took a while to find all that was in there.
We had a corner room that had windows on two sides, all if which opened for ventilation, but unfortunately, this also allowed the noise from a bar in the street below to enter. This isn’t the hotels fault, but it was loud into the small hours.
I’ve only given a medium rating as it appears the hotel is more intent on getting as much money out of their guests as much as giving them a well appointed room.
For example, the rooftop terrace offered a large beer. At first glance it would seem this would be a ‘british pint’, but no, it was more like a two thirds of a pint. Making it extremely expensive compared to regular bars, but this isn’t easy to see from the menu.
Secondly, we were charged a small amount to our credit card after we arrived home. The charge wasn’t itemised, and arrived from a ‘no reply’ email address.
No breakfast is included in the price, which again, is very poor considering the high price of a nightly stay. The hotel offers a breakfast, but again, the headline price on the menu wasn’t what was charged, as they put a service charge on top for the staff. This is not America, and us Brits will give a tip as we see fit to the server direct.
In all, it could have been perfect, but it lets itself down on the small stuff.

Pros:

Stayed for just one night and although the room looked brilliant it was an illusion.
The bathroom flooded if you tried to bathe and the noise from people outside went on until 3 am, so hardly any sleep.
Not impressed.

Great stay
Pros:

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Great atmosphere. Our room was amazing and so spacious. Very clean, a good size and a very comfy bed and plenty of towels...perfect. It was super quiet and the staff were wonderful always happy to assist.

Pros:

קודם כל המיקום היה פשוט מושלם (לחובבי שורדיץ). מצד אחד רחוב קטן ומצד שני בלב ההתרחשות: קרוב לבריק-ליין, קרוב לבוקס פארק, קרוב לשוק האוכל ולהרבה ברים ומסעדות מגניבים.
החדר (דופלקס) היה מגניב ועירוני ואיפשר לנו ספייס.ֿ
הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי ברמות הכי גבוהות.
השהייה הייתה מעולה ובאמת שנהננו מכל רגע.

דברים ממש נקודתיים שלא בהכרח לא אהבנו אבל חשוב לציין:
בגלל שהמלון בלב ההתרחשויות יכול להיות רועש בלילה - מבחינתנו זה לא הפריע אבל חשוב לדעת.
בגלל שהחדר עם חלונות גדולים מהרצפה של הקומה התחתונה עד התקרה של הקומה העליונה - אין חושך בחדר ולכן למי שקשה לישון באור - זה מאוד קשה. המלון מספק כיסויי עינים וזה יכול להיות פתרון טוב לכך.
לי הפריע קצת שלמרות שהמקלחת בקומה העליונה ארון הבגדים ממוקם בקומה התחתונה ואין שם מראה שניתן לראות את כל הגוף - מצד שני זה גרם לכך שיהיו לי הרבה צעדים... :)
בעיה אחת הפריעה לי זה שהמקלחת לא מספיק אטומה ולכן הרצפה הייתה כל הזמן רטובה ונאלצנו לפרוס מגבות על הרצפה כדי להתגבר על המים.
