I liked everything
קודם כל המיקום היה פשוט מושלם (לחובבי שורדיץ). מצד אחד רחוב קטן ומצד שני בלב ההתרחשות: קרוב לבריק-ליין, קרוב לבוקס פארק, קרוב לשוק האוכל ולהרבה ברים ומסעדות מגניבים.
החדר (דופלקס) היה מגניב ועירוני ואיפשר לנו ספייס.ֿ
הצוות היה מקסים ושירותי ברמות הכי גבוהות.
השהייה הייתה מעולה ובאמת שנהננו מכל רגע.
דברים ממש נקודתיים שלא בהכרח לא אהבנו אבל חשוב לציין:
בגלל שהמלון בלב ההתרחשויות יכול להיות רועש בלילה - מבחינתנו זה לא הפריע אבל חשוב לדעת.
בגלל שהחדר עם חלונות גדולים מהרצפה של הקומה התחתונה עד התקרה של הקומה העליונה - אין חושך בחדר ולכן למי שקשה לישון באור - זה מאוד קשה. המלון מספק כיסויי עינים וזה יכול להיות פתרון טוב לכך.
לי הפריע קצת שלמרות שהמקלחת בקומה העליונה ארון הבגדים ממוקם בקומה התחתונה ואין שם מראה שניתן לראות את כל הגוף - מצד שני זה גרם לכך שיהיו לי הרבה צעדים... :)
בעיה אחת הפריעה לי זה שהמקלחת לא מספיק אטומה ולכן הרצפה הייתה כל הזמן רטובה ונאלצנו לפרוס מגבות על הרצפה כדי להתגבר על המים.
Great location, friendly staff, amazing room- all good.
Rooms were great. I appreciate a nice bathroom and these were really well done. The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. The rooms come with everything you’ll need. We’re early risers so I made use of the French press for early coffees before we could go out for some. There’s a decent little place for coffee almost right out the front door. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s f’ing loud at this place. Use the earplugs. if you’re a particularly light sleeper you may not enjoy the ‘ambiance.’ There was a soccer game or something going on one night of our stay.
The location is perfect and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. It’s literally a 2 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street train station. They have a restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere in the lobby that feels like the tropical South and a great rooftop bar as well. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the room and slept really well. I usually don’t in hotels but the bed and pillows were nice and soft.
The staff were fine but I didn’t feel as welcomed as I should have. They meant well but I didn’t feel that genuine and great customer service that one experiences in other places. I felt at times that I was an intruder that just walked into the hotel rather than a paid hotel guest because of a lack of warmth.
Great hotel, rooms amazing and spacious and staff wonderful.

Fantastic location
Extremely noisy throughout the night, both with traffic and other guests coming and going. The room was also tired, had flickering lights and scuffed walls and could do with being updated.
The staff was over and above to help us find a room. Tried to even give us an upgrade, but we were too tired to wait for it to be cleaned 🙄We had just arrived from USA They did get us a nice room and checked in a little early They were super super nice and accommodating.
The hotel was easy to get to from the bus or tube, it had amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar which was such fun. All the staff were so friendly, I can't wait to take the whole family next year.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it,but be careful not to get the double story room if you don't like stairs up to your bedroom. It was so cute though like a whole little suite.

We stayed in the David Tang suite ,it is so comfortable and spacious.The outstanding feature is the kindness of your staff to me and my disabled husband.we loved the rooftop bar and the whole vibe of the hotel We shall be back soon
The TV was so difficult to change channels and it would help if it could be viewed from the sitting room
