From my first interaction in the lobby to the amazing sleep we had after a day of strenuous activity, this accommodation
Pros:

The setting around the property was beautiful and the property matched! Spotless accommodation, the whole place from the lobby to the room was filled with a lovely fragrance. Easy to navigate and appearance was exceptional. The bed was comfortable and we slept as though we were at home in our own. The flowers on the balcony were eye catching even later in the summer season.

Cons:

Parking was tight. When the light was full, we were instructed to park in a school parking lot across the road. There was a sign and a camera warning for local traffic only. We are confident that it won’t be a problem, but also hoping that something doesn’t turn up in our mail later on.

Best hotel! You have to stay here!!!!
Pros:

Best hotel ive ever stayed at! Pictures do not justify how beautiful this hotel is and the pastry shop owned by the hotel is AMAZING! Buffet breakfast was 10/10. Thank you for making our experience memorable

Pros:

Todo fue increíble. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Habitaciones con terrazas enormes y unas vistas espectaculares. Tienen una pastelería también en la que esta todo súper rico, y los desayunos son muy completos y buenos. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí.

Hiking aware helpful staff. Nice breakfast and afternoon snacks but over priced for a village

Front desk lady who checked us in was extremely
Helpful, polite and considerate. Given it was a rainy day she recommended a close by paved hike to the senes rifiguio. That afternoon there was one person on staff on Wednesday. That man did it all - front desk, snacks, drinks, coffee. Thursday morning was a bit chaotic as the staff was all at the restaurant but upon asking the lady a question she promptly came to the front desk pulled out a hiking map and told us exactly where to go. Just amazing staff. Knowledgeable and ready to assist.
Afternoon snacks with small sandwiches desserts from their cafe were nice and a good way for their cafe and restaurant to share food.

Cons:

Extremely pricy for not being in cortina. Appear to be riding on the Olympics glory capitalizing on demand but not delivering the value for price especially being in a small village
Also, note unlike the U.S. there is one bottle of face soap bath soap body wash shampoo and no conditioner. So bring your own. Note heated towel rod only works in winter fyi in case someone wants to dry their clothes on it
Note - front desk isn’t staffed all the time so checkout had to be done the night before for an early morning departure. Staff appear to be shared and always busy with their restaurant bar cafe.

Pros:

La habitación era también apartamento. No hicimos uso de la cocina pero parecía que estaba bien equipado. El baño muy espacioso y cómodo, el desayuno espléndido y te ofrecen un snack (salado y dulce) por la tarde que nos vino fenomenal, ya que no habíamos parado a comer.

Cons:

El hotel está reformado con mucho gusto, pero al edificio de atrás le vendría bien un adicional y sobre todo, poner un ascensor.

A comfortable bed and the room was clean with lovely views from the balcony. Nice recommendations by the hotel for local restaurants and walks. Nice selection at breakfast and great snacks available throughout the day for free (cakes, ice cream from the pastierie).

Cons:

The room was much smaller than expected, with no space to put our large suitcase. We had to have it on the floor in front of a balcony door which was awkward, therefore a luggage rack in the room rather than a wardrobe would be more useful. There was also no air conditioning which meant we had to have the windows open at night and could hear the noise from the road which was busy with traffic throughout the night as it is the main road to Cortina. There was also no kettle in the room.

Lovely place to stay away from the busy Cortina

Great place for couples, wonderful relaxing atmosphere and great location
Pros:

Small boutique hotel in a wonderful location, could walk into Ortesie or take the bus, stop right near hotel. Pretty grounds and a nice breakfest provided every am, and snacks available throughout the day.

Cons:

Although there was no AC, the rooms, at least with a balcony cooled off at night . It would havee been nicer to have a bit longer time to access the sauna.
