Most Enjoyable - I will be back.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, clean and tidy, bathroom was first class, it was a bargain at the £77 that I paid.
The staff were first class and friendly.

The location is excellent. Right in the centre and only a few minutes’ walk from shops, cafés and bars. A perfect location with easy access to the Metro

Cons:

We stayed during a heatwave and, despite running the AC during the night, the room was stiflingly hot.

All staff very nice and friendly .
Pros:

All went well,I enjoyed my stay.Location was excellent. Breakfast was a really nice Continental but definitely over priced.

Cons:

Would have liked a cup in my room, not a beaker.I also would have liked an iron in my room.

Relaxing enjoyable safe
Pros:

We had previously stayed at the hotel 6 years ago. Because of our previous experience we decided to book for our latest trip. Excellent location in Newcastle and great value for money. Staff very relaxed and friendly. Got a sense they were respectful of each other and enjoyed working together.

Pros:

Last minute booking for one night stay, hotel was excellent 5 minute to station and next to all bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again. Bed was best ever, bathroom good size and spotless.
