Surprisingly silence inside room despise it's central location with pubs and restaurants around, easy to walk anywhere if exploring the city.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location was great so handy for everything. Bars and restaurants literally 2 minutes away. lounge and courtyard areas were so comfortable, spent a pleasant afternoon there. Rooms do what they say on the tin. Surrounded by nightlife but once window was closed never heard a thing. Comfortable bed and lovely bedding. Loved the super soft squishy pillow the best. It was cleaned everyday and housekeeping was excellent. Reception staff were excellent upgraded our room on request for small charge. . And were helpful regarding all of our stay. Welcoming day and night .

Staff was not helpful. One friend missed the football as he fell asleep. Staff refused to assist with details of his room even though it was under one booking but then also failing to go to the room themselves to do a welfare check. Situation was not helped with no phones in rooms. Also hotel layout was confusing with two lifts to different wings not being well signposted. Rooms were also too hot - A/C set on lowest setting and still too warm.

Rooms are very basic for the price, could easily be made a little more comfortable.
Modern and comfortable. Lifts were quick to arrive when needed. Reception and bar staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy access to comfortable courtyard to relax, eat and drink.
Call me old fashioned but a tray for carrying your breakfast items from the buffet bar is a must - practical, convenient and efficient for all.
