Spacious comfortable accommodation in the heart of Camberwell
Pros:

My room had a very large living room and kitchen area with separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had a full size fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee pod machine and a good range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. The living room contained a good size table with four chairs, a couch, a side table and a TV. There was a pleasant balcony outside. The bedroom had both a main light and a bedside lamp. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good facilities. The large Camberwell shopping complex is 7-10 minutes walk away along a pleasant side street or along Camberwell Road. I arrived after office hours and so followed the directions sent to me in an sms to gain access to my room key via the lockbox. That all went smoothly. There are some excellent cafes close by (such as Light Years over the road and down a bit towards Camberwell Junction.

Cons:

The room was supposed to be serviced (clean towels, vacuuming etc) every 2nd day - i.e. three times for the 6 days I was there. However, as I was there over a long weekend, it was serviced only once. That meant that not only were the towels not changed for several days but the coffee pods provided for the coffee machine were not replenished - small point but a bit disappointing. The lift was a bit slow at times.
