La camera era abbastanza spaziosa la posizione molto comoda a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata omonima che collega tutta la città il quartiere offre molti posti indiani in cui mangiare e delle bancarelle dal lunedì al sabato. Il personale è molto cortese all’ingresso. C’è una macchinetta del caffè disponibile per tutti con dei biscottini. È permesso lasciare gli zaini per la giornata del check out gratuitamente.
Miła obsługa, naprawdę dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro/autobusy. Cena za nocleg niska, patrząc na londynskie standardy.
Czystość pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia, małe łóżko 120cm (choć wygodne). Prysznic bez brodzika, za to z zasłoną, która zupełnie nic nie daje. Umywalka przy łóżku - ciekawe rozwiązanie ale nie do końca przemyślane.
Stylish rooms, small but fit everything we needed for a night's stay and very clean with working AC too. Staff were friendly at the front desk and it felt very safe with a code at the front door and a card scan for the lift. Was good for what we needed.
The sink in our room had the plug down and we couldnt figure out how to lift it to drain the sink, so had to conserve water as the sink was slowly filling up, which made washing our faces and brushing our teeth a little troublesome. But, we also didn't bother asking the front desk about it because we were only in the room a short time, so its likely a problem that couldve been fixed.
The staff were friendly and the shower facilities were nice and clean.
The area isn’t the safest and my friend and I felt uncomfortable commuting to the hotel from the Tube. The room was also ridiculously small for two people and we had to step over each other a lot. With two cases we had no room. The floors were also dirty with lots of stones in between the floorboards. No soap was provided in the bathroom.
Room while small was well laid out had all amenities needed and was very cutely styled. Really good sound proofing and air conThe staff were excellent and friendly and accommodating. And it’s close to loads of great restaurants and shopping.

The lady we spoke to on the phone, after being hopelessly lost was fabulous. She went out of her way to guide us to the hotel, which we found difficult to locate. Aircon was on and we could check in although we arrived early. Room was lovely, layout was simple and met our needs.

Surprised its a 4* as the accommodation is rather basic and in need of a deep clean and a bit of maintenance.
Zona abbastanza centrale e non caotica.
Per un soggiorno di 6 notti, le camere vanno rifatte quotidianamente nella loro interezza, non a richiesta, non solo svuotare cestini e cambio parziale degli asciugamani. Due cialde del caffè soltanto il giorno dell'arrivo....
Il problema dell'acqua calda è stato subito risolto previa comunicazione della circostanza. I turisti, ovviamente, stanno tutto il giorno in giro, ma quando sono in camera hanno necessità di avere a disposizione l'essenziale senza dover chiedere. Basta maggiore attenzione e cura di certi aspetti per migliorare. Per fortuna l'aria condizionata era presente e funzionante vista l'estrema calura di questi giorni. Nel complesso è andata bene!
Prostrana soba za Londonski standard, čisto, bez pljesni. Soba je imala sve - tv, klimu, aparat za kavu, frižider i hrpu drugih sitnica koje Vam olakšavaju boravak. Svaka dva dana se mijenjaju ručnici. Odmah ispred hotela par manjih restorana i kafića sa odličnom hranom. Stanica podzemne 5 minuta laganog hoda. Osjećali smo se sigurno svugdje gdje smo se kretali.
Posebno bi pohvalili Mert sa recepcije koja je izrazito srdačna i spremna pomoći sa savjetima.

The shower/bathroom was a weird layout.. & flooded when using shower! Great power shower however…but a bit of a stupid & not logical layout with sink in bedroom instead of bathroom! There’s room to put sink in the bathroom!
The staff were very good, well above average, always attentive, friendly, courteous and helpful. I forgot my hat butnthe receptionist quickly made a new keybso I could go and get it.
There was NOTHING that I didn’t like.

No air conditioning in the room so very stuffy on one of the hottest days of the year, also very noisy.
It was in a quieter area so less noise. The room was nice and clean.air con kept the room lovely cool and the room had everything we needed.
The pillows were awful. Our heads just kept sinking in the middle of them. The black out blind didn't cover the whole window area so light was coming in. The black curtain that was infront was hanging off and wouldn't close.
Air con was great through the day but went off in the night and we couldn't figure out how to put it back on.
Shame no vending machine to buy cold drinks etc either. We were there during the heatwave and had to go down the street to buy bottled water.
