In Italian they say “la vita è bella” – and this hotel lives up to it. It feels more like a villa on the beach than a hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and well designed. The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing hours, and the beach right in front of the terrace is amazing. Breakfast is excellent: a small menu, everything fresh, some pastries and a cappuccino with a view of the sea – no canteen feeling like in a big hotel. There’s no better way to start the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and the surroundings are just perfect. A big thank you to Davide and his team for the top-notch service! The bus takes you to the center of Rimini in no time – or if you prefer, a nice extended walk gets you there as well. I honestly can’t imagine what could be better.

Rooftop pool & location - right on the beach. The self-service buffet breakfast was very good and it was so lovely to sit outside overlooking the beach and sea! Ordered fresh orange juice and special coffees, was an added bonus.
The owners were so attentive and helpful and even took us to the station in Rimini when we left. They really couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome.
Nothing. I suspect the rooftop pool would be unbearably hot in July & August but was quiet and perfect in June.

Feines, familiär geführtes Haus mit top Service, wo man tatsächlich Gast ist. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, gute Bettwäsche, Pool-Dachterrasse, gute Klima-Anlage, Busstopp beinahe vor dem Hotel. In solchen Häusern sollte man sich auch als Gast entsprechend zu benehmen wissen.
Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Eine super Lage und ein wunderbares Frühstück.

Everything was liked during my 1 night stay.
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel en bord de mer. La vue était magnifique, l’ambiance très reposante et l’emplacement parfait pour profiter de la plage.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent : produits frais, beaucoup de choix et tout était délicieux. Un vrai plaisir !
Un grand merci aussi à toute l’équipe, toujours souriante, accueillante et aux petits soins. Leur gentillesse a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !
