Location very nice just off the lake pubs were not not for away for a walk to them

Ok for one night stay. Wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The staff at the hotel were beyond excellent! Ben was amazing dealing with an issue we had. In the words of the manager of this hotel 'every hotel needs a Ben' and we couldn't agree more!! He's an absolute credit to this hotel! Also a mention to Darren the general manage who was also excellent!

Cons:

Unfortunately due to no fault of the hotel the group of people in the room next door who were having a party from 12.30am onwards and we had to move rooms at 1.50am in the morning due to their utter selfishness of not willing to stop when told!!!

Overall was okay but towels were not really clean, no drinking water and not enough privacy
