Unhygienic and disease waiting to happen. I’m waiting for my refund as promised.

Everything the rooms wasn’t clean and the food in the restaurant had a fly in it.
The hot tubs in the room wasn’t cleaned and grimy

Pros:

Great looking building + location. Very helpful, friendly staff. Upgraded room on arrival. Very nice room with all the facilities, tea/coffee etc.

Cons:

Very,very hard mattress. Unfortunately found really uncomfortable, so not the best night sleep.

Overall we had a good stay for the weekend for the Wedding event we were attending near by
Pros:

Breakfast had a lot of choice and good, The Spa Pool area was nice and warm with a reasonable size pool.

Cons:

The long residential private road and Golf Club next door to the Hotel were not expected (so the hotel didn't feel quite as 'countryside remote')
Also, the hotel rooms are a 'bit of a maze' to find !

Would stay again decent hotel.
Pros:

Location for golf good and within walking distance for Sutton Coldfield

Cons:

Beds were OK but not the most comfortable. Very noisy early morning as our room was overlooking the car park.

Disappointing for the rate charged.
Pros:

The ladies in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful.
The mattress was comfortable.
The room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was below the standard expected. A buffet breakfast is fine - but not if you keep running out of plates, eggs and bacon with quite a delay to replenish.
The pillows were extremely hard.

Cons:

Staff was rude. Judgemental argumentative ans damn right arrogant i checked out at 9pm and drove in the dark and rain 2 hours to get back home
