Pros:

Good full English breakfast, staff very helpful. Seafront location excellent .

Pleasant stay very friendly staff.
Pros:

Location good.
Breakfast food and selection good,but had to request staff on more than one occasion to replenish items like ( coffee, milk, fruit juice,
and various foods). Staff very accommodating when asked.

Cons:

Room not serviced during 3 night stay. Had to request clean towels,
also waste bins in bathroom and room not emptied for duration.

The room provided what I needed for a short stay for work and the bed was really comfy
Pros:

Nice building, good sized room, bed v comfy

Cons:

Decor a bit tired, some scuff marks and cleaning a bit lax in some areas (e.g. around soap dispenser)

Location and parking

Cons:

Shower mixer tap was faulty / only dispensed very hot water. This resulted in so much steam it set off the fire alarm, had to give up having a shower and had a bath instead. No hotel restaurant and hotel bar shuts a t 17:00.

Pros:

Really lovely hotel next to the beach. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My room was lovely and clean with an excellent bathroom. Bed was so comfortable!!! Really enjoyed my stay here.
Also not far from the town centre.

We loved the room and friendly receptionist and it was spotlessly clean!

Very happy with the location, the facilities and level of cleanliness.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was very expensive and not very good. The food had clearly been under the warming lamps for a while and was quite dry.

Give this place a miss...
Pros:

The location and the view are great.

Cons:

The hotel is locked at 5pm and the staff leave which is odd. There is no lunchtime or evening drinks or meals. It's not really run like a conventional hotel. It didn't feel safe there as a lone female traveller. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cons:

Property needs a bit of investment, room that we stayed, mirror light in the bathroom and the extractor fan didn’t work, the place really needs a good refurbishment overall.

Good place to stay, friendly staff good value for money.
Pros:

breakfast extra 17 per person.
Good breakfast as you could pick your own from variety of items , not sure if there is a gluten free option.
Inside and outside seating.
10 minutes walk from the center of town.

Cons:

Room was a little dated
There was no information as to where the room was within the building. (Having a layout of the hotel might be useful)
