Lovely breakfast and the lady on reception and serving breakfast was so lovely.

A friendly welcome at receptions check-in. Requested later checkout at 12 noon to enable us to run the Town Moor parkrun (walkable both directions) access with enough time to shower and self catering our own breakfast. Top floor room looking towards the church so we were able to hear the bell ringing practice from 7pm. Bus stop opposite back into the city.

The room was spacious and nice. It was clean and tidy and the bathroom was the best.
The wifi was not too good and the tv in my bedroom was not connecting to Netflix
The location was my main reason for staying.
In general the carpets on main walkways are very grubby.
Bed and bathroom fine, but again carpets could be improved.
