Room was very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast, shower was powerful, and spa facilities are of a good standard. Staff are very friendly, polite, and happy to help!
Decor in the room is a little dated but didn't impact the experience overall. No aircon in the room but it was a really hot weekend.
Beautiful setting
Didn't like no fridge....couldn't keep water or medication cold..exceptionally hot room. Overpriced
Breakfast. Spacious room, well cleaned.
'Technical issue' restricted pub restaurant menu choices on 1st night, and pipe burst closed all food options to us on our 2nd, and last, night. Were we unlucky?
Lovely staff , breakfast good
Refurbished needed very out dated
Very comfortable and quiet, very nice people. Even when very busy didn’t feel hectic.
Only thing that wasn’t very convenient was the that they only had the one big soap. No shampoo or lotion. Would expect those at a 4 star hotel. Maybe was just the room we were in because our friend had them in hers? Our room was very spacious and nice, with a kitchenette. Felt a bit like a retirement home vibe and feel.
Very helpful and friendly staff , big bedrooms and a great breakfast
Nothing
Spacious and comfortable. Lovely sunset views
Pool. Location.
WiFi was very poor. Constantly dropping in & out. We mentioned it to the receptionist but they said it was our phones network. We have 2 phones, 2 different networks. Neither could pick up the WiFi.
Enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna.
Bed was very comfortable.
Nice dining room for breakfast (not freshly cooked of course as is usual in hotels)
It was handy walking a few yards to their pub to eat and the food was good.
Room was long and thin with a window at one end so it got hardly any light. It was really cold. The reception staff did give us a heating boost on request but I couldn't have used the shower so was glad of the spa.
In spite of costing very much more than the other places we stayed that week, it was the worst and not deserving of its high price.
Nice clean very happy 😆
Nice place nice swimming pools
Lovely comfortable room. Superb breakfast pleasant staff
Comfortable bed, freindly staff and great breakfast.
There was nothing to dislike.
Breakfast was ok but extra cost
Place first looked good but room was tatty well use needs updating. Redecoration was badly needed carpets poor and walls marked. Breakfast was extra cost making one night very expensive stay wouldn't stay again .
