Overall good - a nice break away in an excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but they seemed very busy, so was slow to arrive. Room was comfortable & shower was excellent.

Cons:

Cobwebs & dusty surfaces, especially on staircases.

Pros:

Loved the hotel, the location and ambience. Exceptionally clean and comfortable but does need a little bit of a face-lift as the decor in particular is a little outdated. That said everything in the room worked perfectly, ie hot water, beautiful shower, crisp fresh bedding and a wonderful sea view.
Every member of staff we came across were very helpful and friendly, but perhaps a uniform of sorts would add to a more polished look, especially to create a more professional look in the restaurant area
Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here and will definitely be back.

Room great but hotel facilities not good enough to warrant the prices paid.
Pros:

Room - fantastic view & comfortable.
Mariners bar great choice of food & drinks on offer.

Cons:

Hotel restaurant food not worth the money so only used on the first night very meagre portions.
Breakfast again totally overpriced for the quality offered.
Limited time in the shower otherwise would have flooded
No fridge
Range of beer on offer in the hotel very limited

Excellent, would return again. Price is right

All staff were very and obliging and helpful

Cons:

Car Park could have been a bit more outlined and all all parking bays made clearly visible. ALSO the car parking area to the beach area could have been more payable for access and exit areas ( Same grounds) could have a fortune !!!!!!

Great location, nice hotel, friendly staff…. But have to make your own beds….not great value for money.
Pros:

It’s a really nice building, great location, a nice old feel about the hotel.

Cons:

I don’t think it was great value for money,

Also the beds weren’t made on check in,
And I had to make both our beds myself.

Not really what I expect, when I paid £179 a night, other hotels have the beds made and ready.
