Location to main road
Seems dated, room scruffy with marks on the wall, no air on, mold in bathroom, shower wouldn’t stay at temperature, no breakfast buffet, had to wait 40 mins for a small cooked breakfast with a fully hard fried egg. Ask for a runny egg….im still waiting. The sandwich I had in the evening was very good.

The staff and location was perfect there was a free car park easy check in and out staff was happy to get us a drink from the bar when we got back in after the festival about 1am! Room was good size well presented and very comfortable the bed was sublime!
Nothing really for me I'd have liked to have a mini conditioner in the bathroom to pair with the mini shampoo and body wash room was super hot (not their fault it was almost 40° heat in the UK!!) and they did provide a fan

Receptionist was very professional , friendly and accommodating. She was able to get our room available early so we could change prior to a wedding rather than in the hotel wash rooms.
It was extremely hot and whilst there was a fan in our room, the dorma windows were not open, i requested that this been done whilst we were out as there was no pole in the room, when we returned just before midnight they were closed, the room was stifling!
Breakfast was plated option so very little choice, although a good breakfast, service was slow.
Didnt get to stay.
They cancelled my booking. Didnt give me an oppotruinity to change my card. Left me stranded at a wedding 2 hours from home. Even though the room was empty and i had the money ready.
Staff was rude on the phone. Even though the room was empty, just kept saying it was too late. Wouldnt let me rebook the empty room.
Never will i bother booking with them again.

The rooms do not have airconditioning - it can be very hot. Door handles might need a replacement.

We had a breakfast which was included with our room but we were very disappointed as there was not options on the cooked breakfast it was all plated up and the fried egg was really hard with no option for scrambled or poached which I think was very poor also there was no bowl of chopped fresh fruit and yogurt and the salmon and cream cheese was empty so it was all very poor and not worth the £ 16 that was charged.
Room adequate with comfortable bed and decent walk in shower. Good selection for breakfast with items cooked to order. Very helpful waiting staff.

The hotel had good parking and a decent sized restaurant with good food choices. The staff were very friendly on check in and helpful with providing invoices etc.
The overall feel was a little dated, and the rooms felt like they needed a good refurb. They were pleasant enough and clean, but definitely felt dated.

Room was nice and clean.
The room was boiling hot. It was about 25 degrees outside.so not unseasonably warm. There is a fan in the room but.it made.little difference.
