Very dated and tiered, needs a good refurb with focus on a good clean. Dull lighting throughout the hotel, bar and restaurant just hides the decor and need for a bit of investment.
Staff were very friendly
Rooms were basic & dated. Carpet in the Hallway was freyed and dirty.
Restuarant had no atmosphere at all.
Did not match pictures on booking.com
Very reasonable and clean. Modern room and bathroom. Great for a one off sleepover while travelling.
Broken TV buttons which didn't work and a broken catch on one of the windows.
Great price for a visit to Perth races
No breakfast
Notpoor a lot
The location was perfect. We paid extra for a room with a hillside view. This faced out on to the carpark. There are two entrances/exits to the building. One going through reception and another one bypassing this and going straight to the corridors with the rooms.
Our room was great apart from one thing. A previous occupant with long dark hair had left lots of her hair on the tiles of the shower wall. The cleaner should have cleaned down the tiles if she had done so she would have seen all the hairs. However the previous occupant should have cleaned the hairs away herself as this is likely something that happens often with her. We told the receptionist and she was apologetic. On one of the corridors there are three steps each a few yards apart. If you are carrying bags and looking at doors for room numbers it would be easy to not see them so beware.
Old dirty and in desperate need of modernising or demolishing.
It’s extremely dirty everywhere. From flaking dirty paint, to windows that don’t lock, to showers that are inoperable, to disgusting carpets.
Odličen hotel. V centru mesta. Čista in velika soba. Parkirišče pred hotelom.
Easy to find had parking etc staff really friendly
One of the beds was a put up bed that was poor quality
Property was in a great location. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food was great. Offering a breakfast would have made the stay better.
The room was ok but a bit dated.

I’ve slept on comfier mattresses in the military and the pillows were like bits of paper. Shower had a prostate issue and no breakfast available, and you are right out of town.
The staff were furry happy and fun
