Staff very welcoming and helpful and bed very fomfy
Nothing much to dislike,just looks a bit tired looking
It had a bar & food available at the property.
Rooms were very dated, needed a good paint. Half the plug sockets in the room didn’t work. As didn’t the electric heater!
The hotel just appeared dated & need of a big renovation. Also is it necessary to charge £2 per night for parking….. really!!!!

noise in room from floor above floor creaking really bad, birds poo outside entrance to annexe rooms and all over the hand rail. our room was very small shower was a disaster couldnt even turn around in shower.it was that small. hotel very tired and dated

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the restaurant was good. Everything was clean.
The bed was uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. The shower was unusable it was either freezing or scalding there was no way of regulating it.

It was close to the Hospital, when my wife had an operation.
Access to my room involved going outside to a separate building. The TV did not work and there was no information on how to connect to Wi-Fi There was also no separate shower - at 90 I had to climb into the bath to access a shower.
The lady at the desk on the morning I left could not have been more helpful when I asked for directions into town. The evening staff were friendly and welcoming. The price I will say was pretty good. But then I think I would have preferred to pay a little bit more for something more suitable.

very poor wi-fi the bed wasn’t very comfortable and some of the plug sockets didn’t work the provided extension leads but they became a trip hazard. The room was large with two double beds but there was wall paper going away bg the window

Lack of breakfast. Very tired decor in room. Lot of bird dirt on the doorsteps. Really dangerous electrics in the room that would fail health and safety.
