I didn’t like this property as it was nothing like photos

Cons:

The rooms were dated, the city view I booked turned out to be only a sky light that even a giant couldn’t see out of, room was dirty and smelled off detol, staff were rude, they slapped a £2 parking charge for their car park.

Food was good

Cons:

Room was untidy and paper on the floor as if the room had not been cleaned. No hot water on arrival and water pressure was really poor so was unable to get a proper wash. Had to pay for parking when the sign in the carpark stated free parking for residents.

Avoid this hotel.

You need to remove from your site, this hotel has bed bugs, room 205 (have told them separatley) the reaturant was not open, limited menu in bar, of 3 steaks, 2 were not available, one guest sent theirs back and left, no breakfast available either. hairdryer in room didnt work, light above basin didnt work, TV regular channels no service. Just terrible.

Nothing ( very very disappointed) smallest room ever been in double bed jammed into wall so no access getting in and out bed 2 ladies 1 /80 and 1/86 very high step into toilet ( sliding door hanging off no light at our door to see key opening (;but was fixed dangerous stair leading up to flat no 220 (!price was 38 pounds each ( shocked to say the least (we will be staying in centre now (and glad to pay extra sorry we have been put off the Lovat 😠
