Le PDJ et son personnel sont bien.
Très vieillot, ils ont voulu nous faire changer de chambre pour nous en donner une grande comme un mouchoir de poche., sans prévenir dès l'arrivée qu'il faudra changer de chambre puisque nous avions 2 réservations. Mais vous pensez réserver une chambre supérieure, ce qui signifie qualitatif, mais pour eux cela signifie standard. Et croyez-moi, le niveau est très bas !!! Quant à la piscine, elle se trouve dans un autre hôtel, et l'accès y est très limité ! Donc pas de piscine pour nous !

Le personnel de la réception est incompétent. Ils sont 4, mais sont sur leur téléphone portable tout le temps, ou mangent derrière le comptoir ! Du jamais vu ! En 2 mots, cet hôtel est à fuir !!!!!!! Nul.

Es un alojamiento bien ubicado. El personal fue muy simpático y agradable. Limpiaban la habitación cada día y reponían el agua y los jabones. También queríamos destacar que nuestro avión salió muy pronto por la mañana y nos dejaron el desayuno preparado para llevárnoslo al aeropuerto.
Nos hubiese gustado un desayuno con productos más variados.

Location is just perfect and within walking distance to a lot of attractions within old town area. Hospitality of staff is next level. Entire staff was amazing. Rooms were very well maintained. Breakfast was good

Nos cambiaban toallas a diario, agua en la habitación cuando llegamos, paraguas por si llueve… calidad / precio Súper genial!
Todo fue bien hasta que en la salida me comentan que falta un paraguas en la habitación y que se supone que lo he perdido. Me cobraron 1050 bath por el paraguas.
