The location and the price
Twice, the toilet would not flush properly/ at all, and the hotel did not offer any gesture for the inconvenience. For example, on check-out day, we asked for water and were told it was not complimentary and cost 20 baht per bottle.
At the very least, water could have been complimentary.
The room looked like the photos, but the furniture was very old and felt cheap. The cleaning was also mediocre, especially in the bathroom, toile, bedsheets, towels.

Está ubicado cerca del centro de Chiang Mai, el personal muy amable, me permitieron entrar a la habitación antes de la hola del check-in un 10 por ese lado, el servicio de lavandería fue bien y rápido.
Estaba todo bien
Equipe atenciosa. Deixavam água e papel higiênico nos dias que não queríamos a limpeza do quarto. Ficaram com nossas malas após o check-out.

Great stay and value. Early Check in and went out of the way to be helpful.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was close to a 7/11 and relatively walkable to other places within the old city.
If you are not able to walk long distances (15+ mins) probably not the best location because it is bordering the moat. It's a little bit old so not in the best condition but for the price it's definitely worth it to stay here.
