I stayed with my mother and 8 month old daughter. They were so accommodating to us. Every staff member we met were so nice. I would stay again just because of the staff !!

We stayed at the Ashe hotel recently enjoyed a family dinner in the restaurant. The food and wine very good and the staff were lovely.
Regarding the Deluxe King room we had booked we were happy until we went to unpack and then noticed there was neither a drawer nor shelf to put away our clothes except for a small hanging space for a few jackets/dresses. I checked with another family member and it was the same with them. A member of the management team came by and brought another rack for the suitcase and said this was never an issue even with those staying for a longer period. While the room in all other aspects was nice this is clearly a design fault as a 4* hotel should not expect it's guests to have to live out of their suitcases. Fortunately it was not a issue as we only stayed one night.
Stayed here before and it seemed much more homely than my stay this time ,the staff were lovely ,food was nice , but i feel like it wasn’t homely anymore
Room was very cold,even though they had been renovated the wooden floors were cold and there was a draft from the closed window and the view wasn’t great either , our window was looking into a derelict building with overgrown garden, also it was very loud in the corridors at nighttime

Nothing it was all good
This is our 4th or 5th stay. Everything and everyone were brilliant as usual. Rooms are top class. Breakfast was wonderful...you need to try the brown bread!!!!! Evening meal was top class. What more can I say?

The attention from the car park attendant, the Reception team, waiting staff and Glen in the Bar, left nothing to chance and were excellent throughout our stay, we hope to make a return visit soon. The shower and bathroom were class, the bed was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep, the only slight drawback was the height of the bed which made it slightly arkward to access.
Where to start? The was the most incredible place we stayed for our entire vacation. Absolutely spectacular; the facility is elegantly gorgeous. Our room was so incredibly well thought thru in design and details..down to the delightful treats and the clothes steamer. The breakfast was spectacular in the offerings, the deliciousness and the service. Everyone there was genuinely upbeat and engaging. I would rush back here in a blink, so wish we could have stayed longer!

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY. The staff, the hotel, the room, the restaurant, and the food were excellent. The most gentle, kind souls we met on our 2-week trip across Italy and Ireland. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept so well. And, the noise level is great. Could not hear anything once in the room.

Breakfast was not in included in a pricey enough room so that was one negative
staff + location + modern facilities
No Exercise room/eq;uipment and the time lockout key system - If you are there and your room is available you should not have to put in a special requet to override the key system.

Car park wasn't located near the hotel plus we had to pay for it
