Beautiful hotel, clean and lovely rooms. Lovely food in the bar and lovely helpfull staff. I unfortunately encountered an extremely rude man on reception who spoke to me like I was a bold child and snapped at me I actually had to say why are you being so rude to me. I was completely stunned and shocked. Due to this carry on I would not stay here again. I was looking forward to a night away with my boyfriend but ended up being brought to tears over simply asking for what I’d paid for. Other than this interaction I can not fault the hotel.

Very welcoming hotel. Central to Everything around you. The staff were so accomodating. The seating in the lobby had a nice setup. Tall young fella very personable worked in the dining area. Everyone so helpful.

The food in the restaurant was hit or miss in the evenings but the breakfast in the morning was great and staff were very attentive.

Excellent hotel and location. The staff were to friendly and kind, we really didn't want to leave. Will definitely be going back to stay there again
Room itself was very nice and bed was very comfy with a powerful shower but think our room must have been located above the kitchen/ next to an extractor fan as it absolutely stank of food for the duration of our stay which was a shame. Fine for a stop over but very noisy from hotel corridors until early hours of the morning and again from 7am so no good if you want to relax or actually sleep!!
