This was a very good place to stay. The rooms were very nice and I think we were upgraded for free for some reason I cannot now remember. Anyway, it was welcome as the room has air conditioning on a very hot day. The bar food was also very good and the staff in general were very pleasant and helpful. The location is good though parking seems to be a bit limited.
I stayed at the Ashe hotel for 1 night for business. I am from Tralee so very familar with the hotel and love the location right in the town centre.
The room and hotel were fabulous, so spacious. The staff were incredible and the entire experience was so easy. I wish I had been staying longer but hopefully next time.

A great jumping-off point for visitors to the Dingle Peninsula, the Ashe is really the perfect tourist hotel.
It's within walking distance of the train station, bus station, Enterprise car rental, and the shopping district in town! It has a very classic decor and cozy atmosphere, and our room was charming and comfortable. The staff were friendly and so helpful, especially with parking, which is admittedly limited. (But we were able to park right next to the hotel when a staff member opened a chained area for us.)
Definitely get the room rate that includes breakfast: It's an excellent value. The Ashe offers one of the nicest continental breakfast spreads that I've seen. We didn't try any of the hot entrees because we had so many cold choices. (The mini pains au chocolat are addictive!) The restaurant area is large enough that it doesn't feel cramped.
