Cons:

O Hotel tem aquecimento no piso e não se pode ajustar. O Ar condicionado não aquece. No primeiro dia passei frio e ao consultar o hotel eles falaram que iam ligar, no dia seguinte esta aquecido. No terceiro dia não ligaram e o quarto ficou frio. Ao reclamaram disseram que ligam quando está frio. Para o Madrylenhos que andar de shorts a 15C não é frio, mas para brasileiros é muito frio. Não aconselho este hotel para nenhum brasileiro que visite a regiao

Es un lindo hotel, limpio, cama muy cómoda ,

Cons:

Las recepcionistas tendrían que ser más amables.Me cobraron $ 2.500un kit de té, que había en la habitación,lo cual solo usé un sobre de azucar para preparar un té digestivo y agua que puse yo 🤦🏻‍♀️ni cuchara había , en el desayuno el agua fría,el café era agua 😡 desastre!!

Noté al personal muy secos poco amables salvo la señora mucama que te recibe y a la recepcionista mujer, el resto de los pocos que vi, muy serios, quizás porque éramos turistas de la provincia y están acostumbrados a turismo internacional, una lástima porque la mayoría de las personas, aunque el servicio sea pésimo, pero si te reciben con una sonrisa o tono amable todo está bien....

Cons:

O preço ofertado no Booking informa que impostos e taxas estão incluídas. No entanto, a recepção do hotel negou a isenção do IVA (apesar de pagarmos com cartão de crédito brasileiro e apresentarmos passaporte), alegando que já havia dado desconto pelo Booking e não poderia dar mais e que a informação de "impostos incluidos na tarifa" do Booking não era correta. No entanto, o IVA é imposto "por dentro" do valor cobrado, sem prejuízo ao hotel. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado ainda são de janela, com baixa eficiência calorífica.
