Great hotel but they should have taken our clear advanced request for twin beds seriously

Cons:

We asked for twin beds having booked a year ago and thru ignored the request and offered a free drink to compensate - insulting !

Very cute just thin walls
Pros:

The location was great- facilities were so cute and our room was huge! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night because we were supposed to fly out the next morning. Lucy at the front desk was nothing less than fantastic. Very kind. Unfortunately our flight was canceled and we had to figure out something so we were able to use the facilities in the meantime which was great but the other lady that works at the desk was a little less unfriendly.

Cons:

Being on the first floor/ first room , the hustle and bustle of breakfast time was not very quiet early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up.

Lækkert uden at være overdådigt

Cons:

Vi er stadig meget imod at man skal tjekke ind online og er ikke tryg ved at skanne vores pas og sende det ud i æteren,argumentet er at det er nemmere og sparer tid,ja men det er jo udelukkende til hotellets fordel.

Уютный камерный отель, большой атмосферный номер, как будто попадаешь в маленький средневековый замок. Отличное расположение, вы сразу в центре всего: рестораны, магазины, собор, набережная. Внимательный персонал. Кава в подарок).

Cons:

Отсутствие лифта, пришлось просить персонал помочь с тяжелыми чемоданами.

Pros:

Es un hotel molt céntric. Es molt bonic. El personal es increible!!! Son molt amables i simpàtics.
Està net. Els llits son molt cómodes. Estas a 10 minuts de tot. De la catedral, del port!!!

L'aigua de la piscina no està molt freda, i amb la calor que fa s'agrairia!!!

Fantastiskt boende!
Pros:

Ett boende nära till allt. Litet mysigt och jättefin inredning. Litet mysigt frukostrum. Tyst på natten trots det ligger mitt i centrum.
Personalen var fantastisk, poolen var perfekt, vi hade turen att vara där själva. Vi bodde i rum 7 (även rum 6) med utgång precis vid poolen.

Cons:

Finns inget! Det är mycket trappor, men det står tydligt i beskrivningen, så det kan man inte klaga på!

The pool was closed, without prior notification or real compensation
The room was grubby and tired
And the restaurant defies belief I have never been offered a worse meal in my life
The breakfast was copious but the quality of items such as juice, yoghurt, jams and bread was very poor.
Issues were raised at the time but no one cared

Spent a night here, very comfortable room and bed. Great pool area and lovely breakfast. A little oasis in Palma city.
