Very dated, rooms NOT cleaned during the entire stay.
No air con.

Enjoyed the day we left bathroom so small had to step into room to get dry couldn't open window because ofl flies dead seagull on roof
Staying there bar closed half time during England football ⚽ having stayed other hotels in area all good Fawlty towers would get 5 star ⭐ against this place even lift don't work had to help old people upstairs unfortunately all other hotels full what does that tell you?

Room was clean tidy everything worked hot water was hot window was able to open and close , towels were clean and fresh and shower worked well. Loo was fine.
TV worked fine but it was confusing about how to actually watch Freeview TV channels in the end I worked it out.
Cheap and cheerful, nice staff
It wasn’t hugely clean, it was quite hot in the rooms and the fan provided didn’t do much for the heatwave. It was quite basic but for the cost I can’t complain too much.
Location
It was in a good location not far from the beach shops and pubs restaurants. Free car park to the rear was a bonus.
It was dated and needs to have a better selection of drinks at the bar. Limited outdoor seating and broken steps. No ramp to pull a suitcase up.

Location is good. The room was very clean.
There is no parking. And to find a parking place was difficult.
Hotel was as expected for the price and was fine for the one night we stayed
Proper door on the bathroom instead of folding door lots of banging doors
The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Stains on beds, droppings in room. Couldn’t stay and had to book another hotel. Not fit to be a homeless/ refugee centre which it was in the winter. Disgusting place. It should not be listed on bookings.
