Brilliant hotel, spotless and comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and professional . The breakfast was amazing.
Nothing at all
Unfortunately I booked online and didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included. I just paid for it when I was there but would have preferred to be able to book directly with hotel and pay on arrival as I’ve done before but I realise things change
Nice staff and basic but clean room.
Nothing I didn't like
The comfortable beds and spacious bedroom.
The dining room was a little dated but the menu was excellent and the food was superb.
Walkable location, plenty of parking and the staff were all friendly and helpful
Location, food, comfortable
Toilet not clean, water at basin poor and bathroom fans in other rooms noisy at night time . Public use toilets for men in poor condition.
The staff looked after us well and we noticed how Paul (the owner) wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. We have already spoke to Paul about returning.
Unfortunately the parking is at the rear and the access to the rooms is at the front, it just meant timing it right to get a parking space on Teeling Street to unload our luggage which we managed okay.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Saturday night, Irish music played in the bar.
Parking
Friendly atmosphere
On second day a coach party was staying. They took over the restaurant seating and made breakfast a bit slow.
But this is good business for Murphy,s so musn,t grumble
The staff were condescending and not very helpful.
