Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Hotel excelente!
Tive um pouco de dificuldade encontrar pois não fica na saída do trem, como outros, mas uma funcionária de um restaurante nos ajudou. Eu também fiquei sem internet na chegada, o que me atrapalhou na localização, então leve o mapa baixado para se localizar com mais facilidade.
A estrutura do hotel é perfeita, próxima a feirinha e restaurantes. O quarto é amplo e silencioso. Cama, chuveiro e café da manhã ótimos.
Minha estadia foi ótima e completou a experiência maravilhosa que é estar em Machu Picchu.
O café pode ter mais variedade e a bancada ser maior para acomodar melhor as comidas, porém são detalhes que não comprometem a qualidade. As funcionárias são solícitas e atendem os pedidos.
Conveniently located to the train station and in the town. Nice and clean. Good breakfast.
Room was very loud to the corridor outside, could hear everyone that in/out of the lift. AC unit also very noisy.
The staff was helpful - the only positive aspect of this hotel.
Dirty. You can hear absolutely everything through these walls and doors. If someone talks in the hallway, you think the person is in the room. Rooms smell bad from this old and dirty carpet. Bathroom super tiny. We had a window looking right into a brickwork.
Breakfast was very basic.
And the restrooms in the restaurant downstairs and absolute nightmare.
La ubicación es muy céntrica, al lado de todo lo necesario.
La pieza es extremadamente pequeña, al igual que la cama. El hotel tenía mal olor todo el tiempo, a comida y humedad. La vista desde mi habitación era a los techos de otras viviendas. Muchas veces no había nadie en recepción por lo que al llamar no contestaban.
O hotel no geral era bom, café da manhã era ok. Mesmo o hotel sendo ao lado da estação de trem, não escutei muito barulho
Tivemos um pequeno problema com a reserva. Como estava viajando com meu filho, de 7 anos, solicitei uma acomodação que acomodaria 3 pessoas, mas chegando lá, o quarto tinha só duas camas de solteiro. Isso estava escrito na reserva, mas não estava num lugar muito fécil de ser encontrado

The dining room cushion chairs were awful. You would sink so low, made it hard to eat having the table seem so high.

De locatie is erg goed voor een dagtrip naar Macchu Picchu. Het ligt dicht bij het treinstation en de halte voor de pendelbus. De douche is ook goed.
Er hangt een erg onaangename geur in de lobby en gangen van het hotel. Het ontbijt is niet erg goed en oogt weinig vers. De ontbijtruimte is ook redelijk vies. De bedden zijn daarnaast niet van een goede kwaliteit en er is veel geluidsoverlast.

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Aguas Calientes.
The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to arrive and depart with luggage.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive, and communication throughout our stay was excellent.
One thing we especially appreciated was how warm the room was. After several nights in Cusco, it was very comfortable to return to a well-heated room. There was also reliable hot water, which was another big plus.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food and a wide variety of teas. The only minor downside was that the coffee wasn't to my taste, but that didn't take away from the overall experience.
Hard to believe it’s rated so high. Rooms smell like mildew. Beds are old. Cleaning crew is not great. Didn’t empty our wastebasket. Staff tries to be helpful but overall it’s been a terrible experience.
Great little hotel very conveneint for the railway station that met our needs for a one night stay over perfectly
We found the beds quite uncomfortable. We think they maybe had waterproof covers, which with all the heavy bedding made them extremely hot.
